La correcta acreditación de la ejecución del proyecto queda supeditada a la consecución de los objetivos, consistentes en proporcionar cobertura de servicios de banda ancha a velocidades de al menos 100 Mbps a 1.988 unidades inmobiliarias, mediante una solución tecnológica basada en el estándar GPON en un escenario de Fibra Óptica hasta el hogar (FTTH), a 20 entidades singulares de población pertenecientes a los municipios de Herrerías, San Vicente de la Barquera, Val de San Vicente y Valdáliga (provincia de Cantabria), las cuales se especifican en el anexo "Ámbito geográfico" de la resolución de concesión.
