El proyecto que presenta el operador consiste en el despliegue de una red de fibra óptica hasta el hogar (FTTH) basada en el estándar GPON para un conjunto de 5 entidades singulares de población de la provincia de Jaén, proyecto que forma parte de una actuación más amplia para llevar a cabo el despliegue de la red de fibra óptica en un total de 29 entidades singulares de población localizadas en la provincia de Jaén. La red proyectada en el presente proyecto consiste en el despliegue de la fibra óptica, los elementos encargados de la división óptica para la distribución y las cajas terminales, es decir, la red de distribución y alimentación para extender la cobertura a 9.659 unidades inmobiliarias en los municipios de Mengíbar, Peal de Becerro, Navas de San Juan, La Guardia de Jaén y Vilches.
