La operación “Urbanización y recuperación del espacio público: Calle Ramón Ramia” plantea la revitalización de un espacio de centralidad urbana y singularidad patrimonial de la ciudad de Paterna ubicado tangente al entorno de protección del Bien de Interés Cultural de la Torre y el Palacio. _x000D_ Esta zona, ubicada entre las calles Maestro Ramón RamiaQuerol, Viver, Maestro Serrano y Trinquete, tiene una superficie de 8.886,73 m2, y en la actualidad se utiliza como zona de aparcamientos de vehículos al aire libre. _x000D_ El objetivo es intervenir en esta área con la finalidad de recuperar el espacio y compatibilizar los usos de aparcamiento con espacios lúdicos para la realización de diversos actos populares como la feria de comercio, actividades feriales, espectáculos municipales, etc. _x000D_ Para ello, la operación contempla el diseño e integración de este espacio con su entorno, proyectando elementos ajardinados y áreas adecuadas para el desarrollo de actividades cívicasque mejoren de forma sustancial la imagen e integración con el Parque de la Torre y el Palacio, así como con las edificaciones circundantes, generando un espacio público de calidad. _x000D_ Las zonas verdes se van a disponer para que recojan las escorrentías procedentes de la calle Ramón Ramia y del_x000D_ parque de la Torre y el Palau y también las escorrentías del aparcamiento. Los pavimentos serán en granparte permeables y el agua de lluvia se infiltrará a través de ellos._x000D_ Se ha planteado un uso del espacio flexible de manera que pueda usarse de aparcamiento al aire libre por lasmañanas y como zona de juegos infantiles y lugar de encuentro adolescente por las tardes y fin de semana._x000D_ Con este objetivo se han dispuesto mobiliario y juegos en diferentes zonas del ámbito.
