Actuaciones de apoyo al emprendimiento de los colectivos considerados vulnerables y que favorezcan la inclusión social y la lucha contra la pobreza o cualquier otro tipo de discriminación, fomentando la creación y consolidación de empresas en el territorio, cuya actividad esté vinculada a los recursos de la comarca, existentes y potenciales y priorizando la empleabilidad de personas en riesgo de exclusión social._x000D_ Igualmente se desarrollarán actuaciones dirigidas a complementar la formación competencial que mejore la empleabilidad preferentemente de personas pertenecientes a los colectivos más desfavorecidos (mujeres,_x000D_ personas discapacitadas, parados de larga duración, inmigrantes…) a fin de paliar las carencias formativas que dificultan el acceso a un empleo._x000D_ Para ello se va a realizar una construcción nueva dando lugar al Vivero de Empresas en Bormujos y la rehabilitación del Edificio Santa Ana, que se transformará en El Vivero de Empresas de Espartinas, dotándolos de los servicios necesarios para la consecución de los objetivos de la operación._x000D_ Los usuarios de estos viveros pagarán por el uso de las instalaciones.
