El objetivo general del proyecto es desarrollar un sistema de regeneración de agua integrado en una máquina de acabado textil que permita la reducción del consumo de agua en un 80-90% mediante la reutilización del agua empleada en diferentes lavados para el tratamiento de prendas, con la finalidad de que los centros de acabado trabajen de una forma más eficiente y respetuosa con el medioambiente. Además el sistema permitirá poder realizar tanto tratamientos de acabado convencionales como tratamientos más sostenibles con ozono._x000D_ _x000D_ Para la consecución del objetivo principal, se han establecido los siguientes objetivos específicos:_x000D_ - Desarrollar un sistema conjunto de regeneración/ tratamiento que permita realizar procesos de acabado, tanto convencionales como con ozono y tratar el agua para su reutilización._x000D_ - Reducir considerablemente el consumo de agua de los centros de acabado de prendas, recuperándola mediante tratamiento químico con ozono y tratamientos físicos con sistemas de filtración y/o membranas_x000D_ - Asegurar la calidad del agua para poder reutilizarla durante el máximo número de procesos mediante principalmente métodos físicos de filtración y tratamientos químicos con ozono._x000D_ - Garantizar la calidad final de las prendas: libres de “backstaining”, libres de residuos del proceso de degradación, misma funcionalidad que en tratamientos en los que no se emplee el agua reciclada, etc._x000D_ - Reducir en un 80-90% el consumo de agua respecto a los sistemas de acabado convencionales. _x000D_ - Minimizar el volumen de aguas residuales generadas._x000D_ - Reducir el impacto ambiental de los procesos de lavado.
