This operation aims to improve accessibility and promote the cultural and tourist assets of Moguer and Mazagón through the use of ICTs, the improvement of access to information bilingual formats (Spanish-English) and the development of channels of participation for citizens. It is intended to design a communication channel of interactive digital content that brings information closer to the public space through which citizens and people visiting Moguer and Mazagón spend every day combining information related to the cultural and tourist assets of the municipality with other information of public interest (accessibility, mobility, etc.) and with information from third parties (associations, local SMEs, etc. in the tourism and cultural sector). To this end, a series of tourist information points (totems) connected to a digital platform for communication management and digital content will be provided, accessible and updated communication in real time with content of interest to the citizens and the cultural population. Esta operación persigue mejorar la accesibilidad y promocionar los activos culturales y turísticos de Moguer y Mazagón mediante el empleo de TIC’s, la mejora del acceso a la información formatos bilingües (castellano-ingles) y el desarrollo de canales de participación para la ciudadanía. Se pretende diseñar un canal de comunicación de contenidos digitales interactivos que acerque la información al espacio público por donde pasa cada día la ciudadanía y las personas que visitan Moguer y Mazagón combinando información relacionada con los activos culturales y turísticos del municipio con otra información de interés público (accesibilidad, movilidad, etc.) y con información de terceros (asociaciones, pymes locales, etc. del sector turístico y cultural).Para ello se dispondrán de una serie de puntos de información turística (tótems) conectados a una plataforma digital de gestión de la comunicación y contenidos digitales, se facilitará una comunicación accesible y actualizada en tiempo real con contenidos de interés para la ciudadanía y la población visitante y donde además se promocionará el comercio y las empresas del sector empleando herramientas de geomarketing._x000D_ Se adquirirá un entorno tecnológico (plataforma digital) para la gestión telemática de los tótems que permita incluir y actualizar contenidos a mostrar en las pantallas táctiles, la gestión de las incidencias y el estado técnico de tótems, gestión de contenidos y marketing, compra de entradas para el acceso a servicios culturales y turísticos municipales, etc. Se adquirirá 5 tótems digitales para exterior e interior donde se mostrarán contenidos relacionados con los activos culturales y turísticos de Moguer y Mazagón así como otra información de interés público._x000D_ Se contará además con un programa de entrenamiento para el uso de los funcionarios y empleados públicos que deban atender el servicio y del empresariado del sector turístico y cultural afectado por esta operación.
