A partir de su experiencia y conocimiento de clientes industriales y, particularmente, de su know-how en el sector de la automoción, AUTIS ha detectado que el principal problema de retorno de motores por fallos de calidad (Top Quality Issues) radica en un mal conexionado de los conectores eléctricos y/o mecánicos que deben acoplarse a los mismos._x000D_ Un proceso tan sencillo física y procedimentalmente como es acoplar las diferentes conexiones de un motor puede acarrear, si no se verifica su correcta ejecución, problemas severos en el funcionamiento de un automóvil y una no aceptación del producto por parte del usuario final. Si bien el proceso de conexión es simple y relativamente sistemático, la complejidad reside en asegurar que dicha conexión se haya realizado correctamente, motivo del planteamiento del presente proyecto._x000D_ El proyecto Click Hunter tiene como objetivo la verificación “en tiempo real” de una correcta ejecución de este proceso de “click” mediante la detección y caracterización acústica y vibratoria en el momento de la inserción apoyándose en las más novedosas tecnologías de visión artificial, procesado de señal y monitorización._x000D_ Para ello, AUTIS propone un nuevo proyecto dirigido al desarrollo de la tecnología y metodología necesaria que sirva como soporte para la implementación de un sistema de verificación, en entornos de fabricación, del correcto conexionado de elementos acoplados a un motor._x000D_ Estos nuevos desarrollos tecnológicos, que integrarán un gran número de técnicas mecánicas y acústicas, se conjugarán para crear un prototipo de solución integral que consiga solventar las problemáticas que presentan aquellas plantas de fabricación enmarcadas en un entorno ruidoso y deseen asegurar un correcto conexionado “click”._x000D_ Con el resultado de este proyecto, AUTIS pretende innovar y crear una solución completa a un problema real de la ingeniería que todavía no ha sido resuelto parte de las empresas del sector.
