The Proteomics Service is part of the General Research Services (SGIker) of the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU). The rapid technological development of the equipment, the new experimental approaches and the increase of business agents and researchers involved in proteomics projects require the expansion and updating of the equipment available in the Service to be able to adapt the services offered to the current demand. In order to be able to offer a portfolio of services according to the different experimental approaches today, the Proteomics Service of the UPV/EHU requests financing for the acquisition of an LC-MS/MS (liquid chromatography system-mass spectrometer in tandem) equipment necessary for the performance of quantitative proteomics analysis type Data Independent Acquisition (DIA)._x000D_ The equipment will be composed of:_x000D_ 1) NanoUPLC_x000D_ chromatography system 2) High resolution tandem mass spectrometer and ability to perform DIA_x000D_ analysis capability 3) Computer control and analysis system (English)

    El Servicio de Proteómica forma parte de los Servicios Generales de Investigación (SGIker) de la Universidad del País Vasco (UPV/EHU).
