The Proteomics Service is part of the General Research Services (SGIker) of the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU). The rapid technological development of the equipment, the new experimental approaches and the increase of business agents and researchers involved in proteomics projects require the expansion and updating of the equipment available in the Service to be able to adapt the services offered to the current demand. El Servicio de Proteómica forma parte de los Servicios Generales de Investigación (SGIker) de la Universidad del País Vasco (UPV/EHU). El rápido desarrollo tecnológico de los equipos, las nuevas aproximaciones experimentales y el aumento de agentes empresariales e investigadores involucrados en proyectos de proteómica requieren la ampliación y actualización del equipamiento disponible en el Servicio para poder adecuar los servicios ofertados a la actual demanda. Con el objetivo de poder ofrecer una cartera de servicios acorde con los diferentes abordajes experimentales actuales, el Servicio de Proteómica de la UPV/EHU solicita financiación para la adquisición de un equipo LC-MS/MS (sistema de cromatografía líquida-espectrómetro de masas en tándem) necesario para la realización de análisis de proteómica cuantitativa tipo Data Independent Acquisition (DIA)._x000D_ El equipamiento estará compuesto de:_x000D_ 1) Sistema de cromatografía nanoUPLC_x000D_ 2) espectrómetro de masas en tándem de alta resolución y capacidad de realizar análisis DIA_x000D_ 3) Sistema informático de control y análisis (Spanish)
