La correcta ejecución del proyecto queda supeditada a la consecución de los objetivos, consistentes en proporcionar cobertura de servicios banda ancha a velocidad de más de 100Mbps, mediante la solución tecnológica elegida que consiste en una red FTTH con el estándar GPON, a 871 unidades inmobiliarias de la entidad singular de población Jerte perteneciente al municipio de Jerte, de la Comunidad Autónoma de Extremadura, la cual se especifica en el anexo "Ámbito geográfico" de la resolución de concesión, así como el cumplimiento de las demás obligaciones.
