    Mediante el uso de las nuevas tecnologías y el desarrollo de sistemas de información se pretende conseguir una administración moderna tanto en la gestión interna como de cara al ciudadano, cumpliendo además con los requisitos de las Leyes 39 y 40 de 2015, y la Ley 19 de 2013 de transparencia, acceso a la información pública y buen gobierno. Se contemplan dentro de esta operación las siguientes actuaciones:_x000D_ _x000D_ 1.-Mejoras en infraestructuras TIC empleadas por el consistorio para proporcionar sus servicios de cara al ciudadano: _x000D_ 1.1 Mejoras en el equipamiento de CPD para poder soportar la prestación de nuevos servicios a ciudadanos y empleados municipales. _x000D_ 1.2Mejoras de los equipos de gestión inteligente de comunicaciones municipales para satisfacer la creciente demanda de servicios e infraestructuras digitales avanzados (administración electrónica, servicios al ciudadano, nuevos sistemas TIC asociados a actuaciones “Smart” como la optimización de la gestión de infraestructuras municipales, etc.). _x000D_ 2.-Mejoras en sistemas y aplicaciones informáticas empleadas por el personal municipal para prestar sus servicios y/o otras medidas relacionadas directamente con el cumplimiento de las Leyes 39 y 40 de 2015, y la Ley 19 de 2013 de transparencia, acceso a la información pública y buen gobierno. _x000D_ 3.-Cursos a personal municipal para la capacitación digital en el ejercicio de sus funciones profesionales y/o a la ciudadanía en el uso de los servicios de la administración electrónica, considerando las medidas de igualdad de oportunidades que se especifican en la sección correspondiente. _x000D_ Estas propuestas de actuación se enmarcan en un Plan de Sistemas pensado para hacer que el Ayuntamiento de A Estrada desarrolle sus capacidades para prestar servicios propios de una administración digital del siglo XXI en términos de eficiencia, transparencia y accesibilidad.
