(Spanish)

Regulated cell death, as exemplified by apoptosis, necroptosis and pyroptosis, are induced by the formation of protein complexes. Here, we will develop new molecular tools to visualize the formation of protein complexes in cells and tissues alive and then we will use these tools to study cell under normal and disease processes death. Our consortium includes experts in cell death, bioluminescence experts, experts in zebrafish, as well as structural biologists, developmental, molecular and cellular industry and academia. Proposed research network will provide intersectoral mobility between expert laboratories in complementary skills. This will drive the development of new tools and enhance the career prospects of researchers. (English)
