The geographical area of residence is a determinant of health that is part of a network of causes. This implies that not only the individual determinants but also the attributes of the area of residence should be analysed. This study aims to study in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia the association between mortality and its contextual determinants, such as environmental and socio-economic determinants. These determinants, in turn, want to study by building indices that sum them up. This is an ecological study of small areas that expands the knowledge generated in the MEDEA project, adding more years of study and implementing new methodologies, such as the calibration of estimators in the construction of indicators or the inclusion of variables on citizen perception of pollution as a proxy for actual pollution levels. Novel techniques (multivariants, with several dependent variables studied together) will be used in the analysis of mortality. In addition, time models will be developed for the study of variations in variables as well as in the evolution of the associations themselves. On the other hand, the dissemination of the results is one of the pillars of the project, which aims to develop a web tool accessible to all citizens, whether they come from the scientific field or not. This application will show both the maps created, as well as the results of the partnership models obtained (English)
