Fomentar el uso de la bicicleta y de los desplazamientos peatonales. La puesta en marcha de esta iniciativa se complementará con un plan municipal de la bicicleta que regulará su tránsito por el casco urbano y la implementación de medidas para compatibilizar su uso con el tráfico ordinario._x000D_ Se prestará una especial atención a la conexión del cinturón verde con las principales rutas de la ciudad donde se pretende fomentar el uso de la bicicleta. Se implementarán medidas que permitan la intermodalidad en los recorridos._x000D_ Las obras comprenden las labores interiores de desbroce, demolición de pavimentos de_x000D_ acerados existentes, explanaciones, saneamiento, abastecimiento, pavimentaciones,_x000D_ incorporación de mobiliario urbano… además de las exteriores para la conexión a las redes_x000D_ generales.
