Z implementacijo nadgradenj preventivnih programov bomo pri ciljnih populacijah prispevali k boljši informiranosti, motiviranosti in posledično vključenosti v preventivne programe ter k dostopnejšim, sprejemljivejšim in ustreznejšim preventivnim obravnavam. Z vidika izvajalcev pa bodo nadgradnje doprinesle k boljšemu doseganju ciljev preventivnih programov zaradi usklajenega izvajanja preventive, timskega pristopa, sodelovanja in povezovanja med vsemi izvajalci preventivnih programov v zdravstvenem domu in pripadajočem lokalnem okolju. By implementing the upgrades of preventive programmes, we will contribute to better information, motivation and consequently inclusion in prevention programmes in the target populations, as well as to more accessible, acceptable and appropriate preventive treatments. From the point of view of providers, the upgrades will contribute to better achieving the objectives of the prevention programmes through coordinated implementation of prevention, team approach, cooperation and networking between all providers of prevention programmes in the health centre and the surrounding local environment.
