    Con esta operación se pretende realizar la infraestructura necesaria para implantar un ciclo de Grado Medio de Servicios de Cocina y Gastronomía (Real Decreto 1396/2007) en el IES Las Salinas de La Manga, que permitirá la impartición de formación a desemplaeados por los servicios de empleo. Se busca crear las instalaciones que permitan la formación de profesionales base que buscan una salida profesional en los comercios de hostelería y turismo locales._x000D_ Además, se tiene como objetivo paralelo prevenir y detectar lo más tempranamente posible el absentismo escolar, garantizar la asistencia al centro educativo del alumnado que cursa la educación obligatoria, y promover la continuidad del alumnado en el sistema educativo, evitando el abandono de los estudios, mejorar el éxito escolar y favorecer la integración social y laboral del alumnado._x000D_ Las cocinas a instalar son condición necesaria para la posterior implantación del ciclo formativo de Servicio de Cocina y Gatronomía, formación escogida como consecuencia de las necesidades de desarrollo económico, social y de recursos humanos de la estructura productiva del entorno de los centros educativos.
