En esta operación se proyecta la construcción de un boulevard en el vial Anexo a Plaza Bohemia_x000D_ con el fin de renovar un espacio dinámico para ponerlo a disposición del ciudadano y que sirva_x000D_ como foco atractor de nuevas oportunidades de negocio en ese entorno de La Manga._x000D_ Con la renovación de este área se quiere también dinamizar la economía del lugar a través del_x000D_ desarrollo simultáneo del espacio y de las actividades culturales al aire libre que se desarrollen_x000D_ en el nuevo boulevard._x000D_ Integrando la Plaza Bohemia y su vial anexo, se crea un espacio peatonal más amplio que sirva_x000D_ de incentivo de la vida social de la zona, además de para garantizar la movilidad sostenible (a_x000D_ pie o en bicicleta) tras su renovación. También se proyectarán zonas de sombra a lo largo del_x000D_ boulevard, bien mediante la inclusión de zonas verdes o reforzando las ya existentes_x000D_ (especialmente en la zona del aparcamiento, a modo de muro vegetal) y/o pérgolas lineales que permitan el uso del espacio, incluso en los días de más calor. Como complemento a los_x000D_ elementos de sombra, se valorará la posibilidad de proyectar elementos para mitigar el calor_x000D_ (micro aspersores u otros)._x000D_ Esta operación está relaciónada con la E5.2 “Renovación del aparcamiento en Plaza Bohemia”_x000D_ donde se renovará la superficie y ampliará la oferta de plazas del aparcamiento existente en la_x000D_ Plaza Bohemia (Spanish)

In this operation the construction of a boulevard is planned in the road Annex to Plaza Bohemia_x000D_ in order to renew a dynamic space to make it available to the citizen and that will serve_x000D_ as an attracting focus of new business opportunities in that environment of La Manga._x000D_ With the renovation of this area, we also want to boost the economy of the place through the_x000D_ simultaneous development the space and the outdoor cultural activities to be developed_x000D_ in the new boulevard._x000D_ Integrating the Bohemia Square and its annex road, a wider pedestrian space is created to serve_x000D_ as an incentive for the social life of the area, as well as to ensure sustainable mobility (a_x000D_ foot) after its renovation. Shade areas will also be projected along the_x000D_ boulevard, either by including green areas or by strengthening existing areas_x000D_ (especially in the parking area, as a vegetable wall) or linear pergolas that allow the use of space, even in the hottest days. In addition to the_x000D_ shadow elements, the possibility of designing elements to mitigate heat_x000D_ (micro sprinklers or others) will be assessed._x000D_ This operation is related to the E5.2 “Renovation of the parking in Bohemia Square”_x000D_ where the area will be renovated and the existing parking space offered in the_x000D_ Plaza Bohemia will be increased.
