Cilj projekta je prav tako zagotavljanje enakih pogojev za zadovoljevanje skupnih potreb prebivalcev v skladu z razvojnimi cilji države na primarni ravni zdravstvene dejavnosti oziroma zagotoviti kvalitetno storitev, varnost, dostopnost ter enake možnosti za zdravljenje za vse prebivalce občine in ostale paciente, ki koristijo storitve ZD Velenje, ureditev prostorskih možnosti za kakovostno izvajanje zdravstvenih storitev, izboljšati pogoje dela zaposlenih in doseganje višje celovite kakovosti poslovanja.
