    Namen javnega razpisa je povečati vključenost odraslih v vseživljenjsko učenje (VŽU) ter izboljšati kompetence. Cilj javnega razpisa je izboljšati temeljne in poklicne kompetence zaposlenih, ki so nižje izobraženi in manj usposobljeni, s poudarkom na starejših od 45 let.
