Projekt krepi zmogljivost NVO za zagovorništvo in izvajanje javnih storitev v Osrednjeslovenski regiji. Veliko NVO v regiji sicer potrebuje osnovno podporo pri delovanju, kar se je stičišče v preteklih 6-ih letih trudilo zagotoviti, vendar pa je malo usposobljenih za doseganje sprememb v družbi, ki bi izboljšale položaj NVO.
