Desarrollo de un nuevo hormigón refractario no conformado, lo que significa que se aplica in situ mediante técnicas de proyección o gunitado/shotcrete, con tiempos de secado sensiblemente inferiores a los actuales, mediante la aplicación de herramientas de simulación numérica por elementos finitos para modelizar y predecir las curvas de secado. La generación del modelo se realizará en base a datos experimentales de los materiales utilizados y los resultados se validarán mediante la comprobación a nivel de laboratorio de los resultados de secado. Development of a new unshaped refractory cement, which means it is applied on-site using projection techniques or shotcrete, the drying results under laboratory conditions are substantially less than current materials, by applying numerical simulation tools for finite elements to model and predict the drying curves. The model will be generated based on experimental data on the materials used and the results will be validated by verifying the laboratory level of drying resorts. (English)
