(Spanish)

Study of the behaviour of the stresses and deformations of the sections of the wind towers during handling and processing, according to the technical specifications of each client (final properties and flatness tolerances) using correlated inspection techniques._x000D_ An expert system was developed to estimate the actual distortion generated during the manufacturing process of the tower sections, in early stages of production, by means of advanced simulation tools, which resulted in a very small amount of defective products. Optimisation of the production system implies a reduction in steel consumption, estimated at 10%. (English)
