    Cresterea participarii a 658 de adulti, din care 198 persoane peste 40 de ani sau provenind din mediul rural, din Regiunile Centru, Sud-Vest Oltenia si Sud-Est, la programe de formare profesionala continua timp de 24 de luni pentru dobandirea de noi competente sau dezvoltarea competentelor profesionale deja dobandite in vederea imbunatatirii situatiei pe piata muncii. Obiectivul general al proiectului contribuie la realizarea obiectivului specific al programului prin urmatoarele aspecte: crearea unui context de educatie continua reprezentat de organizarea cursurilor si a altor forme de educatie continua (workshop-uri, seminare, vizita de studiu) conduse de specialisti in domeniu; asigurarea serviciilor de consiliere si tutorat pentru individualizarea educatiei continue a fiecarui participant, avand in vedere tipologia grupului tinta care este format cu precadere din persoane peste 40 de ani sau din mediul rural si care posibil sa nu mai fi participat in ultima perioada la programe de pregatire; orientarea grupului tinta catre domenii de educatie continua care asigura buna convietuire intre oamenii dintr-o societate, respectiv initierea in protectie civila sustinuta de specialisti in domeniu si vizita de studiu pentru aprofundarea acestui domeniu in vederea identificarii de solutii pentru tara noastra, realizata la entitati cu experienta indelungata, cu rezultate foarte bune in Portugalia; realizarea sedintelor de coaching individual pentru oferirea de sprijin educational individualizat, astfel incat fiecare beneficiar sa fie sprijinit si asistat sa isi stabileasca parcursul educational de care are nevoie pentru a-si atinge obiectivele personale. Proiectul va genera un EFECT POZITIV PE TERMEN LUNG, din urmatoarele puncte de vedere: economic (participarea la actiuni de educatie continua reprezinta contextul cel mai eficient pentru dezvoltarea adultilor), social (noi oportunitati de angajare, intarirea capacitatii operationale pe piata muncii a angajatorior ca rezultat al dezvoltarii de competente profesionale pentru angajati), socio-cultural (familiarizarea beneficiarilor cu temele orizontale UE si integrarea acestor teme in activitatea curenta).     Increasing the participation of 658 adults, of which 198 people over 40 years old or coming from rural areas, from the Central, South-West Oltenia and South-East regions, to continuous training programs for 24 months for acquiring new skills or developing the professional skills already acquired in order to improve the situation on the labour market. The general objective of the project contributes to the achievement of the specific objective of the programme through the following aspects: creating a context of continuous education represented by organising courses and other forms of continuous education (workshops, seminars, study visit) led by specialists in the field; providing counselling and tutoring services for the individualisation of the continuous education of each participant, taking into account the typology of the target group, which is mainly composed of people over 40 years old or from rural areas and may not have participated in training programs lately; orientation of the target group towards areas of continuous education that ensure good coexistence between people in a society, namely initiation in civil protection supported by specialists in the field and study visit in order to deepen this field in order to identify solutions for our country, made at entities with long experience, with very good results in Portugal; conducting individual coaching sessions to provide individualised educational support, so that each beneficiary is supported and assisted to establish the educational path he/she needs to achieve his/her personal goals. The project will generate an EFECT POZITIVE ON TERMEN LUNG, from the following points of view: economic (participation in continuous education actions is the most effective context for adult development), social (new employment opportunities, strengthening the operational capacity of employers on the labour market as a result of developing professional skills for employees), socio-cultural (familiarisation of beneficiaries with horizontal EU themes and integration of these topics into current activity).
