esta operación consiste en la puesta en valor de los espacios verdes y el patrimonio natural de Moguer fomentando su uso, mejorando su conexión con los núcleos urbanos del casco urbano de Moguer y de Mazagón y creando sinergias con la cultura local. _x000D_ La actuación se desarrollará entre la barriada de Picos y el Polígono Industrial “Los Arroyos”, de tal manera que quede conectado el Polígono Industrial “Los Arroyos” con el núcleo urbano de Moguer y se facilite así el acceso de la ciudadanía al patrimonio natural y cultural (Entorno de Fuente Piña, Ermita de Montemayor, etc.) y los espacios verdes cercanos. Concretamente se actuará en las calles Alcalde Julián Gamón y Venida de la Virgen, de la barriada de Picos y en la calle Robles y área verde colindante con la Cooperativa Cuna de Platero, del Polígono Industrial Los Arroyos. _x000D_ Las acciones desarrolladas dentro de esta operación priorizan la recuperación de espacios degradados y vacíos urbanos de titularidad pública que contribuyan a ofrecer una imagen urbana ordenada y a aumentar nuevos espacios verdes a la ciudad. Al mismo tiempo y con el objetivo de realizar una intervención lo más integrada posible se han priorizado aquellas actuaciones que se encuentra alineadas con otros objetivos temáticos recogidos en la estrategia (OT4: movilidad sostenible) y contribuyan a la mejora de indicadores contenidos en otras líneas de actuación (LA4). This operation consists of enhancing the green spaces and the natural heritage of Moguer by promoting their use, improving their connection with the urban centres of Moguer and Mazagón, and establishing synergies with the local culture. More specifically, it covers the environmental improvement and the enhancement of what is referred to as the Network of Ecological and Natural Heritage Spaces in Moguer._x000D_ The action will be developed between the neighbourhood of Picos and the Industrial Park of "Los Arroyos", so that the Industrial Park of "Los Arroyos" is connected with the urban centre of Moguer and thus facilitating access of residents to the natural and cultural heritage (Environment of Fuente Piña, Ermita de Montemayor, etc.) and to the nearby green spaces. Particularly, action will be taken along the Alcalde Julián Gamón and Venida de la Virgen streets, which are located within the Picos District and in the Robles street and the green area adjacent to the Cuna de Platero Cooperative, in the Los Arroyos Industrial Park._x000D_ The actions developed within this operation prioritize the recovery of degraded and empty urban spaces of public ownership that will contribute to providing an attractive urban image and increasing new green spaces to the city. At the same time, and with the aim of carrying out an intervention that is as integrated as possible, priority has been given to those actions that are aligned with other thematic objectives included in the strategy (OT4: sustainable mobility) and that contribute to the improvement of indicators contained in other lines of action (LA4).
