Las obras se acometerán en el edificio para mejora de la envolvente térmica del edificio. Se realiza un Sistema de Aislamiento Térmico Exterior (SATE) en la fachadas, sobre la zona de espacios habitables, en fachadas a calle, y en patios interiores, destinados a vivienda, (planta baja hasta cuarta), excepto en fachadas de patios de tendederos y cocinas. El aislamiento a colocar será a base de poliestireno expandido (EPS) de 6 cm de espesor. (Spanish)
