Obiectivul general al proiectului consta in cresterea ocuparii prin sustinerea intreprinderilor de economie sociala cu profil non agricol din zona urbana sau rurala prin promovarea culturii antreprenoriale in economie sociala si dezvoltarea cunostintelor, aptitudinilor, deprinderilor antreprenoriale si manageriale in randul a 120 de persoane fizice (someri, persoane inactive, persoane care au un loc de munca si isi doresc sa infiinteze o intreprindere de economie sociala in scopul crearii de noi locuri de munca) din regiunile Centru, Sud-Est si Vest, facilitand initierea de noi afaceri, incurajandu-se astfel antreprenoriatul in economie sociala si ocuparea pe cont propriu. Astfel, obiectivul general al proiectului contribuie la indeplinirea obiectivului general al POCU, prin dezvoltarea capitalului uman si cresterea competitivitatii, prin corelarea educatiei si invatarii pe tot parcursul vietii cu piata muncii si asigurarea de oportunitati sporite pentru participarea viitoare pe o piata a muncii moderna, flexibila si inclusiva, atat pentru cei 120 de beneficiari directi ai activitatilor de formare, cat si pentru cei 21 de beneficiari ai ajutorului de minimis selectati in urma concursului de planuri de afaceri, pentru care va fi oferita consiliere si asistenta tehnica pe durata implementarii si in perioada de sustenabilitate. EFECT POZITIV PE TERMEN LUNG: In urma participarii la masurile active de ocupare implementate prin proiect, la programele de formare profesionala, precum si la masurile de sprijin si dezvoltare antreprenoriala in economie sociala, grupul tinta se va putea integra/ reintegra pe piata muncii. Astfel, un efect pozitiv pe termen lung generat de proiect este ca persoanele inactive, persoane in cautarea unui loc de munca si somerii vor deveni persoane active, ocupate pe piata muncii si vor contribui la bugetul asigurarilor sociale. Cresterea participarii si ocuparii pe piata muncii va antrena, la randul sau, cresterea veniturilor si va genera crestere economica aditionala. Conform statisticilor si datelor, rata somajului scade pe masura ce gradul de educatie si pregatire pe piata muncii creste. Prin imbunatatirea pregatirii si competentelor, se va asigura o integrare pe termen lung pe piata muncii, reducandu-se considerabil riscul ca participantii la proiect sa fie exclusi in viitor. Dezvoltarea de noi afaceri va genera cresterea veniturilor la bugetul local al UAT-urilor din regiune, venituri care pot fi apoi reinvestite in comunitate. (Romanian)

The general objective of the project is to increase employment by supporting non-agricultural social economy enterprises in the urban or rural area by promoting entrepreneurial culture in the social economy and developing knowledge, skills, entrepreneurial and managerial skills among 120 individuals (somers, inactive people, people who have a job and want to set up a social economy enterprise in order to create new jobs) from the Central, South-East and West regions, facilitating the initiation of new businesses, thus encouraging entrepreneurship in the social economy and self-employment. Thus, the general objective of the project contributes to achieving the general objective of POCU, by developing human capital and increasing competitiveness, by linking education and lifelong learning to the labour market and providing increased opportunities for future participation in a modern, flexible and inclusive labour market, both for the 120 direct beneficiaries of training activities, and for the 21 beneficiaries of de minimis aid selected following the business plan contest, for which technical advice and assistance will be provided during implementation and during the sustainability period. LONG-TERM POSITIVE EFFECT: Following the participation in the active employment measures implemented through the project, the training programs, as well as the measures of support and entrepreneurial development in the social economy, the target group will be able to integrate/reintegrate into the labour market. Thus, a positive long-term effect generated by the project is that inactive people, people looking for a job and unemployed people will become active, occupied persons on the labour market and will contribute to the social insurance budget. Increasing participation and employment on the labour market will, in turn, lead to increased incomes and will generate additional economic growth. According to statistics and data, the unemployment rate decreases as the degree of education and training on the labour market increases. By improving training and skills, long-term integration on the labour market will be ensured, reducing considerably the risk of project participants being excluded in the future. The development of new businesses will generate increased revenues to the local budget of the ATUs in the region, which can then be reinvested in the community. (English)
