Obiectivul general al proiectului este dezvoltarea antreprenoriatului in regiunea Centru, respectiv in judetele Alba, Mures, Harghita, Covasna, Sibiu si Brasov si imbunatatirea nivelului de competente manageriale si antreprenoriale ca oportunitate pentru dezvoltarea de afaceri si ocupare. Astfel, vor fi infiintate un numar de 40 de afaceri noi, din care cel putin 2 in fiecare judet din regiunea de implementare a proiectului. Tinerii NEETs (care nu urmează nicio formă de învăţământ şi nici nu au un loc de muncă) cu vârsta între 16 – 24 ani nu vor face parte din acest grup tinta. Proiectul se adreseaza unui GT format din 325 de persoane cu varsta peste 18 de ani, care doresc sa initieze o activitate independenta. EFECTE PE TERMEN LUNG: Prin acest proiect se sustine cresterea gradului de ocupare prin crearea a 80 de noi locuri de munca, cate 2 locuri de munca pe afacere infiintata in cadrul proiectului, mentinute minimum 6 luni dupa finalizarea proiectului, de catre cele 40 de afaceri noi infiintate in cadrul proiectului. CONTRIBUTIA LA OBIECTIVELE AXEI PRIORITARE si OS 3.7: formarea a 325 de persoane in domeniul antreprenoriatului (someri si persoane inactive – 52% reprezentand 169 persoane, 48% persoane care au un loc de munca si infiinteaza o afacere in scopul crearii de noi locuri de munca reprezentand 156 persoane, peste 50% vor fi femei reprezentand 169 persoane, 2% persoane de etnie roma reprezentand 7 persoane), respectiv dezvoltarea unui incubator de afaceri virtual de sprijin pentru dezvoltarea ideilor de afaceri, promovand si sustinand astfel antreprenoriatul, iar adaptabilitatea fortei de munca va fi sprijinita prin infiintarea a 40 de afaceri si dezvoltarea a 80 de noi locuri de munca in regiunea de implementare a proiectului. The general objective of the project is to develop entrepreneurship in the Centre region, respectively in Alba, Mures, Harghita, Covasna, Sibiu and Brasov counties and to improve the level of managerial and entrepreneurial skills as an opportunity for business development and employment. Thus, a number of 40 new businesses will be established, of which at least 2 in each county of the project implementation region. NEETs (who are neither in education nor in employment) aged 16-24 will not be part of this target group. The project addresses a GT of 325 people over the age of 18, who want to initiate an independent activity. LONG-TERM EFFECTS: This project supports the growth of the employment rate by creating 80 new jobs, 2 jobs per business set up within the project, maintained at least 6 months after the completion of the project, by the 40 new businesses set up within the project. Contribution TO THE OBJECTIVES OF THE PRIORITY AXIES and OS 3.7: the training of 325 people in the field of entrepreneurship (individuals and inactive persons – 52 % representing 169 people, 48 % people who have a job and set up a business in order to create new jobs representing 156 people, over 50 % will be women representing 169 persons, 2 % Roma people representing 7 persons), and the development of a virtual business incubator to support the development of business ideas, thus promoting and supporting entrepreneurship, and the adaptability of the workforce will be supported by setting up 40 businesses and developing 80 new jobs in the project implementation region.
