Předmětem projektu je snížení energetické náročnosti budovy Střední školy informatiky a služeb ve Dvoře Králové nad Labem.Uživatelem objektu a zároveň žadatelem o dotaci je příspěvková organizace Královéhradeckého kraje Střední škola informatiky a služeb, Dvůr Králové nad Labem, Elišky Krásnohorské 2069. V rámci technického řešení akce je navržena výměna výplní, zateplení obálky, střechy a instalace rekuperačních jednotek. Budovy jsou nemovitými kulturními památkami (vyjma přístavby laboratoří).
