Cresterea oportunitatilor de ocupare si facilitarea integrarii pe piata muncii pentru 371 de tineri NEETs din Regiunile de Dezvoltare Nord-Est, Centru si Vest prin oferirea de pachete integrate si personalizate de masuri active, inclusiv prin recunoasterea si certificarea rezultatelor invatarii dobandite in contexte non-formale si informale corelate cu nevoile pietei muncii pe parcursul a 24 de luni. Obiectivul general al proiectului va fi atins prin derularea a 6 activitati stabilite in concordanta cu cele prevazute de Ghidul Solicitantului Conditii specifice „Viitor pentru tinerii Neets II”, Obiectivul tematic 8: Promovarea unei ocupari sustenabile si de calitate a fortei de munca si sprijinirea mobilitatii fortei de munca, Prioritatea de investitii 8.ii: Integrare durabila pe piata muncii a tinerilor (FSE), in special a celor care nu au un loc de munca, educatie sau formare, inclusiv a tinerilor cu risc de excluziune sociala si a tinerilor din comunitatile marginalizate, inclusiv prin punerea in aplicare a “garantiei pentru tineret” – AP2/PI8.ii/OS2.1&OS2.2”, respectiv: organizarea de programe de formare profesionala a adultilor prin masuri integrate si flexibile, actiuni de evaluare si certificare a competentelor profesionale obtinute pe alte cai decat cele formale, respectiv, non-formale si/sau informale, furnizarea de servicii specializate pt stimularea ocuparii (medierea muncii), actiuni de sustinere a antreprenoriatului, inclusiv a ocuparii pe cont propriu, campanii de informare, promovare si identificare a tinerilor Neets in vederea inregistrarii si profilarii de catre Serviciul Public de Ocupare si o activitate transversala de management si coordonare. Proiectul raspunde obiectivului STRATEGIEI DE INVATARE PE TOT PARCURSUL VIETII 2015-2020 privind beneficiile formarii profesionale continue: ”Viziunea strategica privind invatarea pe tot parcursul vietii in Romania este de a oferi tuturor persoanelor, pe intreaga durata a vietii acestora, oportunitatea de a participa pe deplin la viata economica, sociala si civica si de a le permite sa isi exploateze potentialul personal.” Prin activitatile / masurile / instrumentele integrate pentru cei 371 tineri NEETs cu varsta intre 16-29 de ani, inregistrati la Serviciul Public de Ocupare, se va asigura facilitarea accesului si participarea acestora la programe de formare profesionala a adultilor, la activitati si masuri de evaluare si certificare a competentelor obtinute pe alte cai decat cele formale, respectiv non-formale si/sau informale, la activitati si masuri specializate pentru stimularea ocuparii, la formare profesionala antreprenoriala; se va oferi sprijin pentru elaborarea planului de afaceri etc. si suport in infiintarea companiei pentru a se contribui la cresterea gradului de ocupare, inclusiv al ocuparii pe cont propriu. Increasing employment opportunities and facilitating labour market integration for 371 NEETs from North-East, Center and West Development Regions by offering integrated and personalised packages of active measures, including by recognising and certifying the learning outcomes acquired in non-formal and informal contexts correlated with the needs of the labour market over 24 months. The general objective of the project will be achieved by carrying out 6 activities established in accordance with those provided by the Applicant Guide Specific Conditions “Future for Young Neets II”, Thematic Objective 8: Promoting sustainable and quality employment and supporting labour mobility, Investment Priority 8.ii: Sustainable integration into the labour market of young people (ESF), in particular those not in employment, education or training, including young people at risk of social exclusion and young people from marginalised communities, including through the implementation of the Youth Guarantee – AP2/PI8.ii/OS2.1&OS2.2, respectively: organising professional training programs for adults through integrated and flexible measures, evaluation and certification of professional competences obtained on ways other than formal ones, namely, non-formal and/or informal ones, providing specialised services to stimulate employment (work mediation), actions to support entrepreneurship, including self-employment, information campaigns, promotion and identification of young Neets in order to register and profile by the Public Employment Service and a cross-cutting management and coordination activity. The project responds to the objective of STRATEGIUM OF INVATATION ON ALL PARCURS OF LIFE 2015-2020 on the benefits of continuous professional training: “The strategic vision of lifelong learning in Romania is to give everyone, throughout their lives, the opportunity to participate fully in economic, social and civic life and to allow them to exploit their personal potential.” Through the activities/measures/integrated tools for the 371 NEETs aged 16-29, registered with the Public Employment Service, it will be ensured to facilitate their access and participation in adult professional training programs, in activities and measures for assessment and certification of competences obtained on other than formal, respectively non-formal and/or informal ways, in specialised activities and measures to stimulate employment, to entrepreneurial training; support will be provided for the development of the business plan, etc. and support in setting up the company in order to contribute to increasing the employment rate, including self-employment.
