(DPW, Partner) reagují na identifikované problémy osob vracejících se na trh práce po MD/RD (CS) v regionu Boleslavsko. Zapojují místní aktéry včetně obcí a řeší komplexní program zaměstnanosti pro min. 45 osob, a to i s využitím individuálním forem práce s CS.
