Cresterea participarii la programele de FPC pentru 651 de angajati din regiunile mai putin dezvoltate, inclusiv PFA si II, (din care 196 din mediul rural/ peste 40 ani/cu nivel scazut de calificare) prin campanii de informare, consiliere profesionala si coaching, cursuri Coders Lab, in vederea imbunatatirii statutului in campul muncii a minim 378 angajati. Prin activitatile desfasurate de organizare a unei campanii de informare a publicului cu privire la importanta formarii profesionale continue, selectarea si monitorizarea GT ce va participa la activitatile proiectului, actiuni de consiliere profesionala si coaching pentru incurajarea participarii la programele de FPC, dezvoltarea carierei si căutarea de noi oportunitati pentru locuri de munca, organizarea si derularea cursurilor Coders Lab, in regiunile mai putin dezvoltate, proiectul contribuie la imbunatatireae accesului egal la invatarea pe tot parcursul vietii pentru toate grupurile de varsta intr-un cadru formal sau non-formal, actualizarea cunostintelor, a aptitudinilor si a competentelor fortei de munca si promovarea unor cai de invatare flexibile, inclusiv prin orientare profesionala si prin validarea competentelor dobandite. CONTRIBUTIA PROIECTULUI LA REALIZAREA OBIECTIVULUI SPECIFIC AL POCU 2014-2020 privind formarea profesionala continua: Prin obiectivul general,proiectul raspunde obiectivelor vizate de Romania prin POCU,respectiv valorizarea capitalului uman ca resursa esentiala in dezvoltarea sustenabila in viitor,pentru o crestere inteligenta,durabila si favorabila incluziunii,realizarea coeziunii economice, sociale si teritoriale,prin abordarea formarii profesionale continue, inclusiv pentru PFA si II ca mijloc de promovare a competitivitatii si de crestere a gradului de ocupare a fortei de munca. Proiectul urmareste dezvoltarea educatiei si competentelor pentru 651 de angajati din regiunile mai putin dezvoltate (inclusiv PFA si II) prin desfasurarea de campanii de informare, consiliere profesionala si coaching, dezvoltarea carierei si cautarea de noi oportunitati pentru locuri de munca, cursuri de Coders Lab, corespunzand astfel Axei prioritare 6: „Educatie si competente”, participa la atingerea prioritatii de investitii „10.iii. – Îmbunătățirea accesului egal la învățarea pe tot parcursul vieții pentru toate grupurile de vârstă într-un cadru formal, non-formal sau informal, actualizarea cunoștințelor, a aptitudinilor și a competențelor forței de muncă și promovarea unor căi de învățare flexibile, inclusiv prin orientare profesională și prin validarea competențelor dobândite” si contribuie la indeplinirea obiectivului specific „O.S.6.12. – Creșterea participării la programele de formare profesională continuă, cu accent pe acei adulți, cu un nivel scăzut de calificare și persoanele cu vârsta de peste 40 ani, din zone rurale defavorizate, inclusiv prin recunoașterea și certificarea rezultatelor învățării dobândite în contexte non-formale și informale”. Increasing participation in CVT programs for 651 employees from less developed regions, including PFA and II, (of which 196 from rural/over 40 years/low qualification) through information campaigns, professional counselling and coaching, Coders Lab courses, in order to improve the employment status of at least 378 employees. Through the activities of organising a public information campaign on the importance of continuous professional training, the selection and monitoring of the GT that will participate in the project activities, professional counseling and coaching actions to encourage participation in CVT programs, career development and search for new job opportunities, organisation and conduct of Coders Lab courses in less developed regions, the project contributes to improving equal access to lifelong learning for all age groups in a formal or non-formal setting, updating the knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce and promoting flexible learning paths, including through professional guidance and validation of acquired skills. Contribution OF THE PROJECT TO THE REALISATION OF THE SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE OF POCU 2014-2020 on Continuing Vocational Training: Through the general objective, the project responds to the objectives pursued by Romania through POCU, i.e. the valorisation of human capital as an essential resource in sustainable future development, for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth, achieving economic, social and territorial cohesion, by addressing continuous professional training, including for PFA and II as a means of promoting competitiveness and increasing employment. The project aims to develop education and skills for 651 employees from less developed regions (including PFA and II) through information campaigns, professional counseling and coaching, career development and search for new job opportunities, Coders Lab courses, thus corresponding to Priority Axis 6: “Education and competence", participates in achieving the investment priority "10.iii. — Improving equal access to lifelong learning for all age groups in a formal, non-formal or informal setting, updating the knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce and promoting flexible learning pathways, including through career guidance and validation of acquired competences, and contribute to achieving the specific objective "O.S.6.12. Increasing participation in continuous vocational training programmes, with a focus on those low-skilled adults and those over 40 years of age, in disadvantaged rural areas, including through the recognition and certification of learning outcomes acquired in non-formal and informal contexts”.
