    Asigurarea unui pachet complet si de calitate al serviciilor de educatie ce va contribui la cresterea participarii la invatamantul anteprescolat pentru un numar de 73 copii din localitatea Brad, copii ce provind din familii vulnerabile, axat pe inovare si avand la baza principiul educatiei centrate pe copil. Prezentul proiect contribuie la atingerea obiectivului general al POCU “investitia in capitalul uman”, datorita activitatilor ce vizeaza furnizarea de servicii adaptate nevoilor specifice copiilor anteprescolari astfel incat sa se asigure acestora dezvoltare armonioasa si sa faciliteze accesul la o educatie normala. Prin proiect se investeste mult in furnizarea efectiva a serviciilor de educatie anteprescolara, ca parte activa a incluziunii sociale care vine sa sustina copiii din familiile vulnerabile in dezvoltarea lor personala avand efecte pe termen lung asupra devenirii acestora persoane active cu un comportament si o educatie adecvata intr-o societate aflata in permanenta schimbare. Atingerea obiectivului general se va face si prin existenta unui personal didactic bine pregatit si performant care sa cunoasca noi tehnici si metode de predare si sa aiba abilitatile necesare pentru furnizarea serviciilor de educatie centrate pe copil care sa contribuie la dezvoltarea cognitiva si noncognitiva a acestora. Scopul final al proiectului este ca prin pachetul de servicii de educatie anteprescolara furnizate sa poata fi sprijinite cca.73 de copii anteprescolari cu un potential risc de abandon, fapt ce va contribui la atingerea obiectivului spectific 6.2. din POCU. Abordarea proiectului, bazata pe nevoia identificata la nivelul comunitatii si pe experienta avuta in activitatea concreta desfasurata pana in present, atinge obiective asumate de Romania in ceea ce priveste reducerea abandonului scolar timpuriu ai promovarea accesului egal la invatamantul preacolar in documentele programatice si in eforturile sale de a promova educatia asa cum sunt stipulate si in prevederile Axei prioritare 6 a POCU. Scopul proiectului nu se abate nici el de la documentele relevante pe baza carora a fost definit POCU si astfel isi propune sa contribuie la cresterea copiilor astfel incat sa devina cetateni ai societatii bine educati si cu abilitati necesare unei societati contemporane, bazandu-ne pe metode moderne si flexibile de invatare. Implementarea proiectului se va face avand la baza si principiul parteneriatului cu familia si comunitatea, implicandu-i in diferite etape de furnizare a serviciilor. Pe termen lung, efectul pozitiv al proiectului este dat de: reducerea riscului de abandon scolar timpuriu, cresterea calitatii vietii membrilor comunitatii prin sprijinirea parintilor copiilor de a se intoarce pe piata muncii sau sa aiba acces la servicii de ocupare ai sau sociale adecvate nevoii sociale, se va preveni sau combate, prin serviciile oferite, riscul de marginalizare sociala sau excludere sociala a copiilor 0-2 ani, dar si a parintilor acestora, sensi (Romanian)

    Ensuring a complete and quality package of education services that will contribute to increasing participation in pre-precolated education for 73 children from Brad, children from vulnerable families, focused on innovation and based on the principle of child-centred education. This project contributes to the achievement of the general objective of POCU “investment in human capital”, due to the activities aimed at providing services tailored to the specific needs of preschool children so as to ensure their harmonious development and facilitate access to normal education. The project invests a lot in the effective provision of pre-preschool education services, as an active part of the social inclusion that comes to support children from vulnerable families in their personal development having long-term effects on their becoming active persons with appropriate behaviour and education in a constantly changing society. The achievement of the general objective will be done by the existence of a well-trained and efficient teaching staff who will know new teaching techniques and methods and have the necessary skills for providing child-centred education services that contribute to their cognitive and noncognitive development. The final goal of the project is that through the package of preschool education services provided can be supported about 73 preschool children with a potential risk of abandonment, which will contribute to achieving the spectific objective 6.2. of POCU. The project’s approach, based on the need identified at community level and on the experience of the concrete activity carried out so far, achieves Romania’s objectives in terms of reducing early school leaving and promoting equal access to pre-school education in programming documents and in its efforts to promote education as stipulated in POCU Priority Axis 6. The purpose of the project does not deviate from the relevant documents on the basis of which POCU was defined and thus aims to contribute to the raising of children so that they become citizens of the well-educated society and with the necessary skills for a contemporary society, based on modern and flexible methods of learning. The implementation of the project will be based on the principle of partnership with the family and community, involving them at different stages of service delivery. In the long term, the positive effect of the project is given by: reducing the risk of early school leaving, increasing the quality of life of community members by supporting children’s parents to return to the labour market or to have access to employment services of social or social needs, will prevent or combat, through the services offered, the risk of social marginalisation or social exclusion of children 0-2 years old, but also of their parents, meanings (English)
