    Cresterea eficientei energetice a Spitalul Orasenesc „Ioan Lascar” din localitatea Comanesti, Jud. Bacau in conformitate cu obiectivele Strategiei Europa 2020 prin executia de lucrari de reabilitare termica, contribuind astfel la: imbunatatirea conditiilor oferite pacientilor, medicilor si personalului auxiliar, reducerea consumului de energie finala, scaderea anuala a consumului de gaze cu efect de sera, gestionarea inteligenta a energiei si utilizarea unor surse regenerabile de producere a energiei. Imbunatatirea eficientei energetice a Spitalulului Orasenesc „Ioan Lascar”, in vederea obtinerii unei economii de energie totala de 1.326,82 MWh/an și 357,19 MWh/an din surse regenerabile, reprezentând - 53,73% din consumul inițial. Proiectul se incadreaza in obiectivele prioritatii de investitii finantate prin POR 2014-2020, prioritatea 3.1, operatiunea B, obiectivul specific al acesteia fiind “Cresterea eficientei energetic in cladirile rezidentiale, cladirile publice si sistemele de iluminat public, indeosebi a celor care inregistreaza consumuri energetic mari”. Actiunile prevazute in cadrul proiectului corespund cu actiunile spirijinite in cadrul operatiunii, respectiv: o masuri de crestere a eficientei energetice in cladirile publice; o masuri conexe care contribuie la implementarea proiectului pentru care se solicita finantare.     Increasing the energy efficiency of the “Ioan Lascar” City Hospital in Comanesti, Jud. Bacau in accordance with the objectives of the Europe 2020 strategy through the execution of thermal rehabilitation works, thus contributing to: improving the conditions offered to patients, doctors and auxiliary staff, reducing final energy consumption, reducing annual greenhouse gas consumption, intelligent energy management and the use of renewable energy sources. Improving the energy efficiency of the “Ioan Lascar” City Hospital in order to achieve a total energy saving of 1326.82 MWh/year and 357.19 MWh/year from renewable sources, representing – 53.73 % of the initial consumption. The project falls within the objectives of the investment priority financed through ROP 2014-2020, priority 3.1, operation B, its specific objective being “Increasing energy efficiency in residential buildings, public buildings and public lighting systems, especially those who record high energy consumption”. The actions provided in the project correspond to the actions taken under the operation, namely: measures to increase energy efficiency in public buildings; a related measure contributing to the implementation of the project for which funding was requested.
