    Obiectivul general al proiectului vizeaza dezvoltarea capitalului uman si cresterea calitatii fortei de munca pentru un numar de 652 angajati din regiunile Nord Est si Sud Muntenia pe o piata a muncii moderna, flexibila si inclusiva, prin participarea la programe integrate de formare profesionala si consiliere profesionala. Acest obiectiv asigura realizarea obiectivului specific al POCU, 6.12: Cresterea participarii la programele de formare profesionala continua, cu accent pe acei adulti, cu un nivel scazut de calificare si persoanele cu vârsta de peste 40 ani, din zone rurale defavorizate, inclusiv prin recunoasterea si certificarea rezultatelor învatarii dobândite în contexte non-formale si informale, prin asigurarea unui procent de minim 30% din GT din mediul rural, peste 40 de ani sau cu nivel scazut de calificare care sa participe la programele de FPC precum si la consiliere si orientare profesionala. Pe termen lung, proiectul va permite unui grup tinta de 652 angajati sa isi diversifice si completeze competentele profesionale si implicit sa isi modifice statutul pe piata muncii, in directia unei imbunatatiri in cariera.     The general objective of the project aims to develop human capital and increase the quality of the workforce for a number of 652 employees from North East and South Muntenia regions on a modern, flexible and inclusive labour market, through participation in integrated vocational training and counselling programs. This objective ensures the achievement of the specific objective of POCU, 6.12: Increasing participation in continuous vocational training programs, with a focus on those adults with a low level of qualification and people over 40 years old, from disadvantaged rural areas, including by recognising and certifying the learning outcomes acquired in non-formal and informal contexts, by ensuring a minimum of 30 % of rural GT, over 40 years of age or low level of qualification to participate in CVT programs, as well as in professional counselling and guidance. In the long term, the project will allow a target group of 652 employees to diversify and complete their professional skills and thus to change their status on the labour market, in the direction of a career improvement.
