Obiectivul general al proiectului este marirea portofoliului de clienti prin extinderea zonala, respectiv deschiderea de noi puncte de lucru in alte locatii din afara judetului Constanta.Scopul proiectului este ca prin dezvoltarea afacerii firmei SC City Work SRL sa se asigure contributia acestui IMM la dezvoltarea regionala a zonei teritoriale integrate Delta Dunarii. Prin implicare in industria care are cele mai mari avantaje competitive in zona, prin crearea de noi locuri de munca si dezvoltarea resurselor umane, prin reprezentarea zonei la nivel national si international, prin crearea intregului lant al valorii adaugate pe plan local, dezvoltarea furnizorilor, educarea clientilor. Ca si obiectiv general complex, se urmareste consolidarea si dezvoltarea durabila a activitatii companiei si cresterea unui mediu favorabil dezvoltarii durabile a intreprinderii prin deschiderea unui nou punct de lucru, toate acestea realizandu-se prin achizitionarea de utilaje performante, competitive pentru lucrarile de constructii rezidentiale si nerezidentiale, prin cresterea calitatii si cantitatii lucrarilor executate, si prin cresterea gradului de ocupare a fortei de munca. The general objective of the project is to increase the portfolio of clients by expanding the area, namely the opening of new workstations in other locations outside Constanta County.The goal of the project is that by developing the business of SC City Work SRL to ensure the contribution of this SME to the regional development of the integrated territorial area of the Danube Delta. Through involvement in the industry that has the greatest competitive advantages in the area, by creating new jobs and human resources development, by representing the area at national and international level, by creating the entire chain of value added locally, by developing suppliers, educating customers. As a complex general objective, the aim is to consolidate and sustainably develop the company’s activity and to increase an environment conducive to the sustainable development of the enterprise by opening a new place of work, all of which are achieved by purchasing high-performance, competitive equipment for residential and non-residential construction works, by increasing the quality and quantity of the works performed, and by increasing the employment rate.
