Obiectivul general al proiectului il constituie cresterea oportunitatilor de ocupare si facilitarea integrarii pe piata muncii pentru tineri NEETs someri cu varsta cuprinsa intre 16-24 ani, din regiunea Centru, judetele Brasov, Covasna, Sibiu, Harghita, Mures, Alba, prin oferirea serviciilor integrate de masuri active si personalizate de ocupare, cuprinzand mediere, informare, programe de formare profesionala, business si life coaching. Prezentul proiect are drept scop pe termen lung introducerea unor elemente integrate inovatoare in domeniul ocuaprii, prin corelarea cererii si ofertei pietei fortei de munca, ce vor facilita integrarea grupului tinta pe o piata a muncii competitive si in continua schimbare. Acest obiectiv general si cele 5 obiective specifice se vor indeplini prin intermediul a 24 de programe de formare (calificare/initiere), servicii de evaluare si certificare a competentelor profesionale obtinute pe alte cai decat cele formale, servicii de mediere personalizate si coaching antreprenorial, activitati de acompaniament si life coaching, grupuri de sprijin reciproc, o serie de workshopuri pe tema nediscriminarii, precum si prin promovarea unei retele de parteneriate sociale ce vizeaza solutionarea insertiei profesionale a NEETs. Aceste activitati sunt dedícate unui grup de 360 tineri NEETs someri cu varsta cuprinsa intre 16-24 ani din judetele Brasov, Covasna, Sibiu, Harghita, Mures, Alba. Dupa cum evidentiaza indicatorii de realizare si de rezultat ai proiectului, acestea vor produce beneficii de lunga durata in randul persoanelor ce constituie grupul tinta, contribuind la dobandirea cunostintelor si competentelor cheie necesare accesului si mentinerii pe piata muncii. Atingerea acestui obiectiv va genera un efect pozitiv pe termen lung asupra grupului tinta si asupra regiunii, deoarece prin acest proiect se asigura serviciile si structurile de sprijin necesare facilitarii integrarii pe piata muncii a GT, accesul acestuia la servicii de informare si mediere, la programe de formare care maresc sansele de ocupare a acestora, cat si la o serie de servicii de inovative de life si business coaching necesare facilitarii “unui mecanism de piata de tip antreprenorial si capabil sa se dezvolte de la sine”. Setul de masuri incluse in proiect pentru facilitarea accesului pe piata muncii a grupului tinta este un set integrat de masuri active de ocupare care permite acoperirea nevoilor grupului tinta si care asigura atat dezvoltarea capitalului uman, dar si plasarea pe piata muncii a persoanelor vizate si, implicit, contribuie la atingerea obiectivelor specifice 1.1 si 1.2 ai AP 1/ PI 8.ii. Dat fiind faptul ca prin acest proiect vom actiona in mod integrat, dar si prin faptul ca solicitantul are o vasta experienta anterioara in implementare de proiecte specifice si furnizarea de programe de formare consideram ca proiectul are garantii de reusita. The general objective of the project is to increase employment opportunities and facilitate integration in the labour market for young unemployed NEETs aged between 16-24 years old, from the Centre region, Brasov, Covasna, Sibiu, Harghita, Mures, Alba, by offering integrated services of active and personalised employment measures, including mediation, information, training programs, business and life coaching. This project aims in the long term to introduce innovative integrated elements in the field of ocuaption, by matching labour market demand and supply, which will facilitate the integration of the target group into a competitive and constantly changing labour market. This general objective and the 5 specific objectives will be achieved through 24 training programs (qualification/initiation), evaluation and certification services of professional competences obtained on other than formal paths, personalised mediation services and entrepreneurial coaching, accompaniment and life coaching activities, mutual support groups, a series of workshops on non-discrimination, as well as by promoting a network of social partnerships aimed at solving the professional insertion of NEETs. These activities are dedicated to a group of 360 young unemployed NEETs between 16-24 years old from Brasov, Covasna, Sibiu, Harghita, Mures, Alba counties. As evidenced by the project output and result indicators, they will produce long-term benefits among the people who constitute the target group, contributing to the acquisition of the knowledge and key competences necessary for access and maintenance on the labour market. The achievement of this objective will generate a long-term positive effect on the target group and on the region, because this project ensures the services and support structures necessary to facilitate the integration on the labour market of GT, its access to information and mediation services, to training programs that increase the chances of their occupation, as well as to a series of innovative life and business coaching services necessary to facilitate “an entrepreneurial market mechanism capable of developing itself”. The set of measures included in the project to facilitate access to the labour market of the target group is an integrated set of active employment measures that enable the needs of the target group to be met and that ensure both the development of human capital, but also the placement on the labour market of the targeted persons and thus contribute to the achievement of specific objectives 1.1 and 1.2 of AP 1/PI 8.ii. Given that through this project we will act in an integrated way, but also by the fact that the applicant has a vast previous experience in implementing specific projects and providing training programs we believe that the project has guarantees of success.
