Obiectivul principal al proiectului il constituie dezvoltarea microintreprinderii C-ON TRUST ENGINEERING SRL prin modernizarea activitatii din domeniul constructiilor si cresterea volumului lucrarilor executate. Proiectul initiat de societatea C-ON TRUST ENGINEERING SRL este in conformitate cu obiectivul specific al axei prioritare 2 ”Imbunatatirea competitivitatii intreprinderilor mici si mijlocii” si a prioritatii de investitii 2.1. ”Promovarea spiritului antreprenorial, in special prin facilitarea exploatarii economice a ideilor noi si prin incurajarea crearii de noi intreprinderi, inclusiv prin incubatoare de afaceri” ale Programul Operational Regional 2014-2020, de consolidare a pozitiei pe piata a IMM-urilor in domenii competitive identificate in Strategia Nationala de Competitivitate si Planurile de Dezvoltare Regionala. Societatea C-ON TRUST ENGINEERING SRL este o intreprindere cu un real potential de crestere, care doreste sa se dezvolte prin modernizarea activitatii din domeniul constructiilor si cresterea volumului lucrarilor executate. Lucrarile realizate in urma implementarii proiectului de investitii vor avea o calitate superioara si la un pret competitiv. Pentru realizarea lor se va utiliza o tehnologie noua si moderna, performanta si eficienta. Cresterea si imbunatatirea ofertei de servicii garanteaza performanta activitatii societatii pe termen mediu si lung si consolidarea pozitiei ocupate de firma pe piata pe care activeaza (piata constructiilor). Realizarea proiectului de investitii propus de societatea C-ON TRUST ENGINEERING SRL asigura dezvoltarea si continuitatea activitatii desfasurate, aspecte care vor contribui la cresterea capacitatii de a concura si la cresterea vanzarilor, contribuind astfel la consolidarea si dezvoltarea sectorului constructiilor din care aceasta face parte. Aceste aspecte contribuie direct la atingerea obiectivului specific al Axei 2 PI 2.1 de consolidare a pozitiei pe piata a IMM-urilor in domenii competitive identificate in Strategia Nationala de Competitivitate si Planurile de Dezvoltare Regionala. Implementarea proiectului de investitii va conduce la dezvoltarea societatii, cresterea numarului mediu de salariati, imbunatatirea calitatii mediului inconjurator si promovarea si asigurarea egalitatii de sanse si tratament, actiuni ce vor contribui la cresterea competitivitatii economiei regionale si crearea de locuri de munca si implicit la realizarea obiectivul general al POR 2014–2020 de crestere a competitivitatii economice si imbunatatirea conditiilor de viata ale comunitatilor locale si regionale prin sprijinirea dezvoltarii mediului de afaceri, a conditiilor infrastructurale si a serviciilor, care sa asigure o dezvoltare sustenabila a regiunilor, capabile sa gestioneze in mod eficient resursele, sa valorifice potentialul lor de inovare si de asimilare a progresului tehnologic. The main objective of the project is the development of the micro-enterprise of C-ON TRUST ENGINEERING SRL by modernising the activity in the field of construction and increasing the volume of works executed. The project initiated by C-ON TRUST ENGINEERING SRL is in line with the specific objective of Priority Axis 2 “Improving the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises” and investment priority 2.1. “Promoting entrepreneurship, especially by facilitating the economic exploitation of new ideas and by encouraging the creation of new enterprises, including through business incubators” of the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020, to strengthen the market position of SMEs in competitive areas identified in the National Competitiveness Strategy and Regional Development Plans. C-ON TRUST ENGINEERING SRL is an enterprise with a real growth potential, which wants to develop by modernising the activity in the field of construction and increasing the volume of works executed. The works made following the implementation of the investment project will be of superior quality and at a competitive price. For their realisation, a new and modern technology, performance and efficiency will be used. The growth and improvement of the services offer guarantees the performance of the company’s activity in the medium and long term and the consolidation of the position occupied by the company on the market in which it operates (the construction market). The realisation of the investment project proposed by C-ON TRUST ENGINEERING SRL ensures the development and continuity of the activity carried out, aspects that will contribute to increasing the ability to compete and increase sales, thus contributing to the consolidation and development of the construction sector of which it belongs. These aspects contribute directly to the achievement of the specific objective of Axis 2 PI 2.1 of strengthening the market position of SMEs in competitive areas identified in the National Competitiveness Strategy and Regional Development Plans. The implementation of the investment project will lead to the development of the company, increase the average number of employees, improve the quality of the environment and promote and ensure equal opportunities and treatment, actions that will contribute to increasing the competitiveness of the regional economy and creating jobs and thus to achieve the general objective of ROP 2014-2020 of increasing economic competitiveness and improving the living conditions of local and regional communities by supporting the development of the business environment, infrastructure conditions and services, which ensure a sustainable development of the regions, capable of efficiently managing resources, capitalising on their potential for innovation and assimilation of technological progress.
