Cresterea performantei manageriale a CEMACON SA, prin derularea de programe de formare profesionala si prin imbunatatirea conditiilor de lucru in beneficiul a 52 angajati din ariile de management strategic si resurse umane in vederea adaptarii activitatii la dinamica sectorului economic competetiv Energie si Management de Mediu Se vor derula o serie de programe de formare/ specializare/ perfectionare profesionala in beneficiul a 50 de angajati care asigura managementul strategic al CEMACON SA (din ariile management de varf, managementul vanzarilor, managementul liniei de productie, managementul logistic si gestiune) si in beneficiul a 2 angajati din Departamentul de Resurse Umane (HR) al companiei. Fiecare arie de specializare/activitate va avea dedicat cate un pachet de cursuri special conceput pentru acoperirea nevoilor de formare si perfectionare profesionala, urmarindu-se in acest sens imbunatatirea si extinderea abilitatilor antreprenoriale si manageriale ale echipei de management strategic, respectiv cresterea performantelor in plan profesional a departamentului de HR, in acord cu obiectivele de dezvoltare a companiei si cu dinamica sectorului economic prioritar cu potential competitiv EMM. Astfel, echipa de management strategic al CEMACON SA va beneficia de pachete de cursuri dedicate, dupa cum urmeaza: - 11 angajati care asigura managementul de varf al companiei vor beneficia de sprijin in: consolidarea si extinderea abilitatilor antreprenoriale, prin participarea la cursul „Competente antreprenoriale”. Prin participarea la Programul de specializare profesionala „Management strategic performant” (structurat pe 8 module), managerii de varf vor beneficia de sprijin in extinderea abilitatilor si competentelor manageriale, astfel: deprinderea tehnicilor si instrumentelor care ghideaza managerul de proiect in atingerea parametrilor esentiali pentru orice proiect (triunghiul magic - calitate, timp si cost) in cadrul modulului „Management de proiect – fundamente”; dezvoltarea capacitatilor si competentelor de anticipare a provocarilor ulterioare in managementul proiectului, de a conduce oamenii in contextul schimbarii, etc., urmare a participarii la modulul „Cayenne™ business symulation – project management”; dobandirea capacitatii de a identifica si analiza factorii si riscurile abaterii de la performata, precum si de a dezvolta solutii creative pentru combaterea acestora, intelegerea factorilor care influenteaza succesul sau esecul unui proiect etc., urmare a participarii la modulul „Management de proiect, simulare proiect investitii”; dezvoltarea competentelor si abilitatilor de a stabili obiective profesionale si comportamentale, dezvoltarea unor tehnici si instrumente de monitorizare a progresului si evaluare a rezultatelor, precum si de a trasa obiective de performanta realiste si realizabile, etc., in urma participarii la modulul „Obiective de performanta”; consolidarea cunostintelor si competentelor specifice activitatilor de manageme (Romanian)

Increasing the management performance of CEMACON SA, by carrying out professional training programs and by improving working conditions for the benefit of 52 employees from strategic management areas and human resources in order to adapt the activity to the dynamics of the competent economic sector Energy and Environmental Management. A series of training/specialisation/professional training programs will be carried out for the benefit of 50 employees who ensure the strategic management of CEMACON SA (from the top management areas, sales management, production line management, logistic and management management) and for the benefit of 2 employees from the Human Resources Department (HR) of the company. Each area of specialisation/activity will be dedicated to a package of courses specially designed to cover the training and professional improvement needs, aiming to improve and expand the entrepreneurial and managerial skills of the strategic management team, respectively increasing the professional performance of the HR department, in line with the company’s development objectives and the dynamics of the priority economic sector with competitive potential EMM. Thus, the strategic management team of CEMACON SA will benefit from dedicated training packages, as follows: — 11 employees who provide top management of the company will benefit from support in: strengthening and expanding entrepreneurial skills through participation in the “Entrepreneurial Competences” course. By participating in the Professional Specialisation Program “Performance Strategic Management” (structured on 8 modules), the top managers will benefit from support in expanding the managerial skills and competencies, as follows: learning the techniques and tools that guide the project manager in achieving the essential parameters for any project (magic triangle – quality, time and cost) within the module “Project management – fundamentals”; developing capabilities and skills to anticipate further challenges in project management, to lead people in the context of change, etc., following participation in the module “Cayenne-business symulation – project management”; acquiring the ability to identify and analyse the factors and risks of deviation from performance, as well as to develop creative solutions to combat them, understanding the factors that influence the success or failure of a project, etc., following participation in the module “Project management, simulation of investment project”; development of skills and abilities to establish professional and behavioural objectives, development of techniques and tools for monitoring progress and evaluation of results, as well as to draw realistic and achievable performance objectives, etc., following participation in the module “Performance Objectives”; strengthening the knowledge and competencies specific to the management activities (English)
