    Obiectivul general al proiectului este crearea unui sistem de masuri integrate si sustenabile, care sa raspunda nevoilor si problemelor cu care se confrunta 185 de elevi inmatriculati in cadrul Liceului Tehnologic Dimitrie Bolintineanu, din localitatea Bolintin Vale, Judetul Giurgiu astfel incat acestia acestia sa aiba o rata crescuta de participare la programele de invatare la locul de munca, cu accent pe sectoarele economice cu potențial competitiv identificate conform SNC şi din domeniile de specializare inteligentă conform SNCDI. Obiectivul general al proiectului este corelat cu obiectivul specific al apelului de proiecte 6.14 care isi propune “Cresterea participarii la programe de invatare la locul de munca a elevilor si ucenicilor din invatamantul secundar si tertiar non-universitar, cu accent pe sectoarele economice cu potential competitiv identificate conform SNC si din domeniile de specializare inteligenta conform SNCDI ”si cu prioritatea de investitii 10.iv care isi propune “ Imbunatatirea utilitatii sistemelor de educatie si formare pentru piata muncii, facilitarea trecerii de la educatie la munca si consolidarea sistemelor de educatie si formare profesionala si a calitatii lor, inclusiv prin mecanisme pentru anticiparea competentelor, adaptarea programelor de invatamant si crearea si dezvoltarea de sisteme de invatare bazate pe munca, inclusiv sisteme de invatare duale si de ucenicie”, prin participarea celor 185 de elevi la masuri integrate si adaptate nevoilor lor. Abordarea propusa in cadrul proiectului, prin intermediul careia sunt corelate interventiile din diferite domenii cum ar fi educatie, ocuparea fortei de munca si antreprenoriat este in concordanta directa cu strategia apelului de proiecte prezent, care acorda o importanta deosebita masurilor integrate implementate la nivel local. Astfel, prin participarea fiecarui elev de liceu din grupul tinta la programele de invatare la locul de munca, serviciile de consiliere si orientare profesionala si prin dezvoltarea sistemului de invatare la locul de munca dar si prin activitatile de sprijin al acestuia, prin luarea in considerare a nevoilor fiecarui participant la program se creaza premisele unui mediu favorabil care sa faciliteze participarea elevilor din învățământul secundar și terțiar non-universitar (ISCED 2 – 4 nivel de calificare 3 - 5) la programe de învăţare la locul de muncă, cu accent pe sectoarele economice cu potențial competitiv identificate conform SNC şi din domeniile de specializare inteligentă conform SNCDI si care sa contribuie pe termen lung la cresterea nivelul de ocupare al grupului tinta. EFECTELE POZITIVE generate pe termen lung de proiect pentru grupul tinta format din elevi sunt menite sa contribuie la realizarea rezultatului principal asteptat in cadrul prezentului apel de proiecte si anume “rata crescuta de participare a elevilor din invatamantul secundar si tertiar non-universitar (ISCED 2 – 4 nivel de calificare 3 - 5) la programe de (Romanian)

    The general objective of the project is to create a system of integrated and sustainable measures to meet the needs and problems faced by 185 students registered at the Dimitrie Bolintineanu Technological High School, from Bolintin Vale, Giurgiu County, so that they have an increased participation rate in workplace learning programs, with a focus on economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to SNC and in the fields of smart specialisation according to SNCDI. The general objective of the project is linked to the specific objective of the call for projects 6.14 which aims to "Enhancing the participation in workplace learning programs of students and apprentices from secondary and non-university non-university education, with a focus on economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to the NCNS and in the fields of intelligent specialisation according to SNCDI" and with the investment priority 10.iv which aims to "Improve the utility of education and training systems for the labor market, facilitate the transition from education to work and strengthen education and training systems and their quality, including through mechanisms for anticipation of competences, adaptation of education and training programs, and the development of learning systems, including educational needs, and professional training systems and their quality, including through mechanisms for anticipating competences, adapting the programs of education and learning systems, and the development of learning systems, including the strengthening of education and vocational training systems and their quality, including through mechanisms for anticipating competences, adapting the programs of education and training to the learning systems, including the development of educational needs, and the strengthening of vocational education and training systems and their quality, including through mechanisms for anticipating competences, adapting the programs of education and education systems, and the development of learning systems, including educational needs and professional training systems, including through mechanisms for anticipating competences, adapting to the learning programs, and the development of learning systems, including through mechanisms for anticipating competences, adapting to the learning programs, and the development of learning systems, including educational needs and training, including through mechanisms for anticipating competences, adapting to the learning programs, including the development of educational needs, and the strengthening of vocational education and training systems. The approach proposed within the project, through which interventions in different fields such as education, employment and entrepreneurship are correlated with the strategy of the current call for projects, which attach great importance to integrated measures implemented at local level. Thus, through the participation of each high school student in the target group in work-based learning programs, counselling and career guidance services and by developing the learning system in the workplace, but also through its support activities, by taking into account the needs of each participant in the program, it creates the prerequisites for a favourable environment that facilitates the participation of students from non-university secondary and tertiary education (ISCED 2-4 qualification level 3-5) in work-based learning programs, with a focus on economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to the NCNS and from the fields of smart specialisation according to SNCDI and contributing in the long term to the employment level of the target group. The positive effects generated in the long term by the project for the target group of students are meant to contribute to the achievement of the main result expected under this call for projects, namely the "increased rate of participation of students from secondary and non-university third education (ISCED 2-4 qualification level 3-5) in programs (English)
