Obiectivul general al proiectului constă în eficientizarea energetică şi reabilitarea termică a Spitalului "Dr. George Trifon" din oraşul Năsăud, jud. Bistriţa-Năsăud în vederea conformării cu cerinţele minime de performanţă energetică ale clădirilor şi în vederea creşterii confortului pacienţilor şi al personalului medical. Scopul proiectului a fost stabilit de aşa natură încât să contribuie la îndeplinirea obiectivului specific al priorităţii de investiţii, respectiv "Creșterea eficienței energetice în clădirile rezidențiale, clădirile publice și sistemele de iluminat public, îndeosebi a celor care înregistrează consumuri energetice mari". The general objective of the project is the energy efficiency and thermal rehabilitation of the “Dr. George Trifon” Hospital in Năsăud, county. Bistrita-Năsăud in order to comply with the minimum energy performance requirements of buildings and to increase the comfort of patients and medical staff. The aim of the project was set in such a way as to contribute to the achievement of the specific objective of the investment priority, namely “Increasing energy efficiency in residential buildings, public buildings and public lighting, especially those with high energy consumption”.
