Obiectivul general al proiectului este consolidarea poziției pe piata a SPECIAL STRUCTURES SRL intr-un domeniu competitiv identificat in Strategia Națională de Competitivitate şi Planurile de Dezvoltare Regională, si anume in Fabricarea de constructii metalice si parti componente ale structurilor metalice, obiectiv ce se incadreaza in obiectivul general al POR. Cu dotarea din proiect societatea va fabrica urmatoarele tipuri de produse: Fabricarea de constructii metalice si parti componente ale structurilor metalice, mai exact vor produce Structuri metalice medii, ca de exemplu grinzi, stalpi, contravantuiri Scopul proiectului este realizarea investiţiilor necesare în utilaje tehnologice performante specifice activităţii de fabricare a structurilor metalice, în vederea creşterii competitivităţii şi profitabilităţii firmei SPECIAL STRUCTURES S.R.L. cât şi a adaptării la standardele de mediu. Utilajele achiziţionate prin proiect vor fi amplasate în hala de producţie din oras Baicoi,str. Republicii, nr. 25, Cladirea C1, Hala Industriala, Tronsonul 1, anexele nr. 7 si 9, judetul Prahova. Autorizatii, avize şi acorduri existente Societatea deţine toate autorizaţiile şi avizele, cerute pentru bună desfăsurare a activităţii curente. Utilităţi existente Modul de asigurare cu utilităţi (apă, canal,energie etc.) surse, cantităţi, volume - Nu se foloseşte apa în procesul de de producţie - Alimentarea cu apă potabilă se realizează din reţeaua de apă potabilă a orasului Baicoi - Evacuarea apelor uzate menajere – retea publica de canalizare - Containere pentru colectarea deşeurilor menajere şi nerecuperabile - Platforme betonate în incinta unităţii şi pe căile de acces - Platforme betonate şi imprejmuite pentru depozitarea deşeurilor din material feros - Energia electrică- racordare la TRANSELECTRICA S.A-SUCURSALA Muntenia Sud Scopul final al investiţiei este satisfacţia clienţilor S.C. SPECIAL STRUCTURES S.R.L., creşterea calităţii produselor şi creşterea productivităţii. Prin proiect se doreşte achiziţionarea de echipamente performante pentru activitatea de confectii structuri metalice conform codului: 2511 Fabricarea de constructii metalice si parti componente ale structurilor metalice. Lista de echipamente ce urmează a fi achiziţionate prin proiect este următoarea: Masina CNC de taiat cu plasma: 1 buc Masina CNC de perforat table: 1 buc Masina de indoit teava: 1 buc Masina sudat MIG-MAG: 3 buc Masina de sudat TIG: 2 buc Compresor aer: 1 buc Fierastrau cu banda pentru debitare profile: 1 buc Motostivuitor 5to: 1 buc Masina de gaurit cu suport de prindere magnetic: 2 buc (Romanian)

The general objective of the project is to strengthen the market position of SPECIAL STRUCTURES SRL in a competitive field identified in the National Competitiveness Strategy and Regional Development Plans, namely in the Manufacture of metal constructions and parts of metal structures, an objective that falls within the general objective of the ROP. With the endowment of the project, the company will produce the following types of products: The purpose of the project is to realise the necessary investments in advanced technological machinery specific to the production of metal structures, in order to increase the competitiveness and profitability of SPECIAL STRUCTURES S.R.L. and to adapt to environmental standards. The equipment purchased through the project will be located in the production hall in Baicoi,str. Republic, no. 25, Building C1, Industrial Hall, Tronson 1, Annexes no. 7 and 9, Prahova County. The Company has all the authorisations and approvals required for the proper conduct of the current activity. Existing utilities How to provide utilities (water, channel, energy, etc.) sources, quantities, volumes – No water is used in the production process – Drinking water supply is made from Baicoi city’s drinking water network – Domestic waste disposal – Public sewage network – Containers for the collection of household and non-recoverable waste – Concreted platforms inside the unit and on access routes – Concreted and imprecised platforms for storing waste from ferrous material – Electrical energy – connection to TRANSELECTRICA S.A-SUCSALA Muntenia Sud The project aims to purchase high-performance equipment for the work of metal structures according to the code: 2511 Manufacture of metal constructions and parts of metal structures.
