According to the circular of EYSSA under ref. 23451/EYSSA493/24-2-2017, as amended and in force, category C3 ‘General Operating Expenses’ covers the costs through which the proper functioning of the Managing Authority of the EYD OP of TDM in matters of cleanliness is ensured. Also, for the efficient operation of the Service, costs of connection to Information Banks as well as costs related to photocopying, costs of document scanning, costs of bailiffs, postal or courier costs are covered. For the implementation of the Programme, to the extent necessary, the translation costs of the above as well as all the translations required for the implementation of the OP shall also be covered. This category includes expenditure on subscriptions for publications or newspapers, as well as printing costs relating to the ESPA or the OP. Σύμφωνα με την εγκύκλιο της ΕΥΣΣΑ με αρ. πρωτ. 23451/ΕΥΣΣΑ493/24-2-2017, όπως τροποποιήθηκε και ισχύει, στην κατηγορία Γ3 «Γενικά Έξοδα Λειτουργίας» καλύπτονται οι δαπάνες μέσω των οποίων εξασφαλίζεται η εύρυθμη λειτουργία της ΕΥΔ ΕΠ ΜΔΤ σε θέματα καθαριότητας. Επίσης, για την αποτελεσματική λειτουργία της Υπηρεσίας, καλύπτονται δαπάνες σύνδεσης με Τράπεζες Πληροφοριών καθώς και δαπάνες που αφορούν φωτοαντιγράφηση, δαπάνες σάρωσης εγγράφων, δαπάνες δικαστικών επιμελητών, ταχυδρομικών ή ταχυμεταφορών. Για την υλοποίηση του Προγράμματος, στο βαθμό που απαιτείται, καλύπτονται επίσης και τα έξοδα μεταφράσεων των παραπάνω, καθώς και όλων των μεταφράσεων που απαιτούνται για την υλοποίηση του Ε.Π. Στην κατηγορία αυτή ανήκουν και δαπάνες συνδρομών εντύπων ή εφημερίδων, καθώς επίσης και εξόδων εκτυπώσεων που αφορούν το Ε.Σ.Π.Α. ή και το Ε.Π. Ο προϋπολογισμός της πράξης είναι 79.302,22 ευρώ με ημερομηνία έναρξης την 01/01/2020 και ημερομηνία λήξης την 30/06/2023. (Greek)
