Υποέργο 1: Η Επιτελική Δομή ΕΣΠΑ θα υποστηρίξει μέσω των μελετών -εμπειρογνωμοσύνων το Υπουργείο και τους εποπτευμένους φορείς του προκειμένου να ανταποκριθούν στην εν ισχύ προγραμματική περίοδο, με μελέτες Ο στόχος των μελετών αυτών θα είναι να υποστηριχθεί το Υπουργείο και οι εποπτευόμενοι φορείς του για την καλύτερη αξιοποίηση των συγχρηματοδοτούμενων πόρων που θα καλύψουν αρμοδιότητες του, σε τομείς νευραλγικούς όπως ναυτεργασία, κατάρτιση ναυτικών, λιμενική πολιτική, την ολοκληρωμένη θαλάσσια πολιτική.Υποέργο 2:Χρήση εξωτερικών συμβουλευτικών υπηρεσιών και συμβούλων τεχνικής υποστήριξης σε εξειδικευμένα θέματα αρμοδιότητας του Υπουργείου π.χ. λιμενικής και νησιωτικής πολιτικής, εφαρμογή της ολοκληρωμένης θαλάσσιας πολιτικής, θέματα ναυτεργασίας, κατάρτισης εκπαίδευσης ναυτικών, Υποέργο 3 Πραγματοποίηση συνεδρίων, ημερίδων και τεχνικών συναντήσεων εργασίας για την προπαρασκευή των μελετών καθώς και τη διάχυσή τουςΥποέργο 4:Ενίσχυση της ικανότητας των στελεχών της Επιτελικής Δομής και του Υπουργείου στην αξιολόγηση μελετών (Greek)
