The main objective of the project plan of Eskol s r.o., as an applicant for obtaining EU funding for the project application “Innovation of the production process – a significant improvement of the production activity of Eskol”, is to implement the innovation of the production process, through the acquisition of sophisticated software and technological equipment for the production of prefabricated wooden trumpet structures. These are logical units, static calculation software and 3D visualisation and equipment for drying, sawing, machining, wood handling and sawdust extraction, which will decisively affect the quality, efficiency and productivity of production while improving the working environment in Harichovce production site. Software equipment will allow customers to provide better services in optimising the composition of wooden structures and visualisation of the resulting project. Through reassessment – assessment of the statics of the construction as a whole, we will allow customers to significantly reduce costs compared to originally designed costs, while fulfilling their ideas and requirements. The purchase of wood-drying equipment will result in a substantial reduction in the drying time from about 1 month to 5 days, will make it possible to reduce the stock of wood in stock for the same production, to increase the quality of dried wood and to carry out contracts more quickly. The machining centre will bring us the concentration of several production operations carried out separately and on a single machine. It will be designed for fast, accurate cutting and machining (milling, drilling, marking and labelling) of wooden elements. We will reduce material handling, simplify logistics, refine and significantly speed up the implementation of individual work operations, significantly improve the safety of work by eliminating a large proportion of manual work. The extraction system and forklift are essential to ensure health protection at work or to ensure an efficient logistics process in view of the increased volume of wood processed. Hlavným cieľom projektového zámeru spoločnosti ESKol s r.o., ako žiadateľa pre získanie finančných prostriedkov zo zdrojov EÚ pre projektovú žiadosť "Inovácia produkčného procesu – významné zlepšenie produkčnej činnosti firmy ESKol", je realizácia inovácie produkčného procesu, cez obstaranie sofistikovaného softvéru a technologických zariadení na výrobu prefabrikovaných drevených väzníkových konštrukcií. Jedná sa o logické celky, softvér na statické výpočty a 3D vizualizáciu a zariadenia na sušenie, pílenie, opracovanie, manipuláciu dreva a odsávanie pilín, ktoré v rozhodujúcej miere ovplyvnia kvalitu, efektívnosť a produktivitu výroby pri zlepšení pracovného prostredia vo výrobnej prevádzke v Harichovciach. Softvérové vybavenie umožní zákazníkom poskytnúť kvalitnejšie služby pri optimalizácii skladby drevených konštrukcií a vizualizácií výsledného projektu. Prostredníctvom prehodnotenia - posúdenia statiky stavby ako celku, umožníme zákazníkom výrazne znížiť náklady oproti pôvodne naprojektovaným nákladom, pri naplnení ich predstáv a požiadaviek. Nákup zariadenia na sušenie dreva prinesie podstatné skrátenie času sušenia z cca 1 mesiaca na 5 dní, umožní znížiť zásoby dreva na sklade pri takej istej výrobe, zvýši kvalitu sušeného dreva a rýchlejšiu realizáciu zákaziek. Obrábacie centrum nám prinesie skoncentrovanie viacerých, dnes samostatne a pracne vykonávaných výrobných operácií, na jedno plnoautomatické zariadenie. Bude určené pre rýchle, presné rezanie a opracovanie (frézovanie, vŕtanie, značkovanie a štítkovanie) drevených prvkov. Znížime manipuláciu s materiálom, zjednodušíme logistiku, spresníme a podstatne zrýchlime vykonávanie jednotlivých pracovných operácií, výrazne zvýšime bezpečnosť práce odstránením veľkého podielu ručnej práce. Odsávací systém a vysokozdvižný vozík sú nevyhnutné pre zabezpečenie ochrany zdravia pri práci resp. zabezpečenie efektívneho logistického procesu s ohľadom na zvýšený objem spracovávaného dreva.
