The rapid development of suburbanisation in Bratislava has led to an increase in the number of people transported daily between the hinterland and the city. Intensive traffic flows and the preference for the use of passenger cars cause regular congestion on the roads between the city and the hinterland as well as within the city. On the basis of the above situation, there was a need to create a connection of the eastern suburbanisation belt of Bratislava to the D1 motorway in the Triblavina area (the “D1 motorway Bratislava – Trnava, the Triblavina intersection”) which will result in a rapid reduction of traffic loads on the existing road network. The construction of this building will positively affect the traffic situation in the territory. This will eliminate loss of time for drivers and passengers and significantly improve the transport comfort of road users. The planned communication represents the fastest connection of the area of Pezinok district with the D1 motorway as well as with the city of Bratislava. The target group is mainly residents of the surrounding affected municipalities, namely Croatian Grob, Vajnory and Slovensky Grob, since the communication in question will significantly relieve traffic in these municipalities, thereby contributing to improving the quality of life and improving transport accessibility. In terms of measurable indicators, the aim of the project is to build 1.7 km of road and to obtain savings in road transport time on a newly built road section of EUR 856744 at the end of the project implementation and this value increases annually in terms of the CBA. Rýchly rozvoj suburbanizácie v Bratislave viedol k nárastu počtu osôb, ktoré sa každodenne prepravujú medzi zázemím a mestom. Intenzívne prepravné toky a preferencia využívania osobných automobilov spôsobujú pravidelné preťaženie dopravných komunikácií medzi mestom a zázemím, ako aj vo vnútri mesta. Na základe vyššie uvedenej situácie vznikla potreba vytvoriť prepojenie východného suburbanizačného pásu Bratislavy na diaľnicu D1 v oblasti Triblavina (stavba "Diaľnica D1 Bratislava - Trnava, križovatka Triblavina") čím dôjde k rapídnemu zníženiu dopravného zaťaženia na existujúcej cestnej sieti. Vybudovanie tejto stavby pozitívne ovplyvní dopravnú situáciu v území. Odstránia sa tým straty času vodičov a cestujúcich a podstatne sa zlepší dopravný komfort účastníkov premávky. Plánovaná komunikácia predstavuje najrýchlejšie spojenie územia okresu Pezinok s diaľnicou D1 ako aj s mestom Bratislava. Cieľovú skupinu predstavujú najmä obyvatelia okolitých dotknutých obcí, menovite Chorvátsky Grob, Vajnory a Slovenský Grob, keďže spomínaná komunikácia výrazným spôsobom odľahčí dopravu v spomínaných obciach, čím sa prispeje k zvyšovaniu kvality života a zlepšeniu dopravnej dostupnosti. Z hľadiska merateľných ukazovateľov, je cieľom projektu vybudovať 1,7 km cesty a získať úsporu času v cestnej doprave na novovybudovanom cestnom úseku v hodnote 856 744 EUR ku koncu realizácie projektu pričom táto hodnota v zmysle vypracovanej CBA každoročne narastá.
