PRIEVIDZSKÉ bakeries and confectionery, a.s. (hereinafter referred to as “PPC, a.s.”) have a long tradition in the bakery industry and its vision is to become one of the most important bakery companies in Central Slovakia. Be a recognised and responsible company in relation to customers and employees, through which it plans to strengthen its regional position on the market and build a high-quality image of the PPC a.s. brand to help modernise bakery and confectionery production by purchasing innovative technologies. The aim of the project is the innovation of bakery production in Prievidza bakeries and confectioneries with a focus on automating the production process of bread production. The company currently disposes mostly of technologies that are already outdated, have a low degree of automation, electronisation and the impossibility of continual setting and monitoring of parameters. PPC, a.s. has a wide network of customers in several regions of the Slovak Republic, supplying products to retail chains such as Billa, TESCO, LIDL, CBA, etc. and also to the Czech Republic. The main activity of the project is “Supporting intelligent innovation” within the company’s bakery production, focused on process innovation called “automatisation of the bread production process”, thus bringing about a fundamental change in the production process in the existing establishment. The place of implementation of the project is: Kollárová ulica 83, Martin.The submitted project of the company is directly related to the Research and Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialisation of the Slovak Republic RIS3 SK.The focus of the project is in line with the domain of smart specialisation Healthy Food and Environment. The achievement of the objectives of the present project will be monitored by means of measurable indicators: Number of innovated processes: 1Number of enterprises receiving grants: 1 (English)

    Prievidzské pekárne a cukrárne, a.s. (ďalej "PPC, a.s.") majú dlhoročnú tradíciu v pekárenskom priemysle a jej víziou je je stať sa jednou z najvýznamnejších pekárenských spoločností na strednom Slovensku. Byť uznávanou a zodpovednou firmou vo vzťahu k odberateľom a zamestnancom, prostredníctvom ktorých plánuje posilniť svoje  regionálne postavenie na trhu a budovať kvalitný image značky PPC a.s.k čomu napomôže modernizácia pekárenskej a cukrárenskej výroby zakúpením inovatívnych technológii. Cieľom projektu je inovácia pekárenskej výroby v Prievidzských pekárňach a cukrárňach  so zameraním na automatizáciu výrobného procesu výroby chleba. Spoločnosť v súčasnosti disponuje prevažne technológiami, ktoré sú už zastaralé, majú nízky stupeň automatizácie, elektronizácie a nemožnosťkontinuálneho nastavovania a sledovania parametrov. PPC, a.s. disponuje širokou sieťou odberateľov vo viacerých krajoch SR, dodáva výrobky do obchodných reťazcov ako Billa, TESCO, LIDL, CBA a pod a tiež do Českej republiky. Hlavnou aktivitou projektu je „Podpora inteligentných inovácii“ v rámci pekárenskej výroby spoločnosti, zamerané na inováciu procesu s názvom "automatizácia výrobného procesu výroby chleba" čím dôjde k zásadnej zmene výrobného procesu v existujúcej prevádzkarni. Miesto realizácie projektu je: Kollárová ulica 83, Martin.Predkladaný projekt spoločnosti priamo súvisí so Stratégiou výskumu a inovácií pre inteligentnú špecializáciu Slovenskej republiky RIS3 SK.Zameranie projektu je v súlade s doménou inteligentnej špecializácie Zdravé potraviny a životné prostredie. Naplnenie cieľov predkladaného projektu bude sledované prostredníctvom merateľných ukazovateľov: Počet inovovaných procesov: 1Počet podnikov, ktoré dostávajú granty: 1 (Slovak)
