The aim of the project is to improve the learning outcomes and competences of school pupils (= future entrepreneurs) by organising complementary non-formal learning in the field of entrepreneurial knowledge and economic thinking. Implementation of the project will be ensured through one main activity of the project (1. The target groups of the project include: 1) Secondary school pupils, including those from socially disadvantaged backgrounds; 2) pedagogical and professional staff of secondary schools. Zámerom projektu je dosiahnutie zlepšenia študijných výsledkov a kompetencií žiačok SŠ (= budúcich podnikateliek) prostredníctvom organizovania doplnkového neformálneho vzdelávania v oblasti podnikateľských vedomostí a ekonomického myslenia. Realizácia projektu bude zabezpečená prostredníctvom jednej hlavnej aktivity projektu (1. Zlepšenie školskej úspešnosti žiakov), ktorá pozostáva z jednotlivých podaktivít/činností (1.1 Podnikateľské zručnosti a finančná gramotnosť, 1.2 IKT zručnosti a digitálna gramotnosť, 1.3 Komunikačno- prezentačné zručnosti). Medzi cieľové skupiny projektu patria: 1) žiačky stredných škôl vrátane žiačok zo sociálne znevýhodneného prostredia; 2) pedagogickí a odborní zamestnanci stredných škôl. Cieľové hodnoty merateľných ukazovateľov projektu:• (P0278) Počet pedagogických a odborných zamestnancov zapojených do aktivít na zvýšenie profesijných kompetencií = 12;• (P0279) Počet pedagogických a odborných zamestnancov, ktorí si prostredníctvom aktivít zvýšili profesijné kompetencie = 10;• (P0449) Počet účastníkov zapojených do aktivít na zlepšenie zručností a zvýšenie gramotnosti, ktorým sa zlepšili kompetencie a zručnosti 6 mesiacov poabsolvovaní programu = 120;• (P0451) Počet účastníkov zapojených do aktivít zameraných na zlepšenie zručností a zvýšenie gramotnosti = 150;• (P0455) Počet účastníkov, ktorí absolvovali aktivity na zlepšenie zručností a zvýšenie gramotnosti = 120.
