The object of the project is to reduce the energy intensity of production halls No. 1-16 in the area of former Komárno shipyards located in the town of Komárno. Production halls are owned by SAM-SHIPBUILDING AND MACHINERY a.s. are registered on the title deed as industrial buildings. The halls are producing welded and steel components for construction and road machinery – chassis frames, booms, transverses, pylons and the production of mechanical components for cutting tables for environmentally friendly waste treatment. At the same time, the construction and repair of ships is carried out, i.e. they also serve as a dry dock. These halls were built in 1898. The project aims at climbing the lighting conditions in the above-mentioned halls, which will lead to a reduction in energy intensity. Two activities will be carried out in this regard: 1) Rooflight replacement and 1) lighting renovation. The first activity will bring about a change in lighting conditions and an increase in the use of daylight. Old lights with low transparency made of door glass will be replaced with polycarbonate with increased weather resistance. The second activity will bring the dismantling of old mercury discharge lamps and their replacement for LED lights with smart control. This will reduce not only the necessary number of luminaires, but also the total consumption of primary energy sources. While the whole hall has always had to light up until now, even if only part of it has been used, it will be possible to modulate how many lamps light up depending on the need. These measures will contribute to reducing the energy intensity of the operation of industrial buildings. This will meet the objectives of the project: Reduce the energy intensity of the operation by reducing the amount of primary energy sources consumed. I.e. the project will contribute to saving electricity as a primary energy source. Other energy sources will not be affected by the implementation of the project. (English) | |||||||||||||||

V tomto smere budú realizované dve aktivity: 1) výmena strešných svetlíkov a 1) rekonštrukcia osvetlenia. Prvá aktivita prinesie zmenu svetelných podmienok a zvýšenie využívania denného osvetlenia. Staré svetlíky z nízkou priehľadnosťou z drátkového skla budú vymenené za polykarbonátové so zvýšenou odolnosťou voči poveternostným vplyvom. Druhá aktivita prinesie demontáž starých svietidiel s ortuťovými výbojkami a ich náhradu za LED svietidlá so smart ovládaním. (Slovak)
