Cieľom projektu s názvom "Zvýšenie zamestnanosti v spoločnosti Halmi synergic s.r.o. s dôrazom na dlhodobo nezamestnaných a znevýhodnených uchádzačov o zamestnanie" je poskytnúť niekoľkým uchádzačom o zametnanie (UoZ) a znevýhodneným uchádzačom o zamestnanie (ZUoZ) možnosť udržateľného a kvalitného zamestnania, rozvoja motivácie, rozvoja ich zručností, schopností, a tým zvýšiť zamestnanosť, ich zamestnateľnosť a zlepšiť ich postavenie na trhu práce.Žiadateľ plánuje vďaka novootvorenej reštaurácií a prostredníctvom posilnenia personálnych kapacít zaviesť večerné "a la carte", rozšíriť ponuku o raňajkové menu, zaviesť donášku jedál v rámci centra mesta, vďaka eventovému typu propagovať rôznych umelcov a workshopy, realizovať eventy napomáhajúce vzdelávať ľudí a zlepšiť tak kvalitu poskytovaných služieb. Realizácia tohto projektu prispeje k plneniu špecifického cieľa výzvy:zvýšenie zamestnanosti;zvýšenie zamestnateľnosti;zníženie nezamestnanosti s osobitným dôrazom na dlhodobo nezamestnaných, nízko kvalifikovaných, starších a zdravotne postihnuté osoby; Cieľovou skupinou v tomto projekte sú uchádzači o zamestnanie (UoZ) podľa § 6 zákona o službách zamestnanosti, ako aj znevýhodnení uchádzači o zamestnanie (ZUoZ) podľa § 8 zákona o službách zamestnanosti.Uchádzač o zamestnanie je osoba, ktorá:nie je zamestnanec,nie je v pracovnoprávnom vzťahu na základe dohody o práci vykonávanej mimo pracovného pomeru alebo nevykonáva zárobkovú činnosť na základe právneho vzťahu podľa osobitného predpisu,neprevádzkuje alebo nevykonáva samostatnú zárobkovú činnosť,nevykonáva zárobkovú činnosť v členskom štáte Európskej únie alebo v cudzine. Znevýhodnený uchádzač o zamestnanie je:občan mladší ako 26 rokov veku, ktorý ukončil príslušným stupňom vzdelania sústavnú prípravu na povolanie v dennej forme štúdia pred menej ako dvomi rokmi a od jej ukončenia nemal pravidelne platené zamestnanie (ďalej len „absolvent školy“);občan starší ako 50 rokov veku;občan vedený v evidencii uchádzačov o zamestnanie najmenej 12 po sebe nasledujúcich mesiacov (ďalej len „dlhodobo nezamestnaný občan“);občan, ktorý dosiahol vzdelanie nižšie ako stredné odborné vzdelanie podľa osobitného predpisu;občan, ktorý najmenej 12 po sebe nasledujúcich kalendárnych mesiacov pred zaradením do evidencie uchádzačov o zamestnanie nemal pravidelne platené zamestnanie;štátny príslušník tretej krajiny, ktorému bol udelený azyl, alebo ktorému bola poskytnutá doplnková ochrana;občan, ktorý žije ako osamelá dospelá osoba s jednou alebo viacerými osobami odkázanými na jeho starostlivosť alebo starajúca sa aspoň o jedno dieťa pred skončením povinnej školskej dochádzky;občan so zdravotným postihnutím; Žiadateľ sa rozhodol sústrediť na túto špecifickú skupinu aj z toho dôvodu, že v súčasnosti je evidovaných na úradoch práce mnoho mladých ľudí do 26 rokov, ktorí si nevedia nájsť prácu z dôvodu žiadnych alebo malých pracovných skúseností a mnoho zamestnávateľov mnohokrát zavrhne myšlienku prijať do pracovného pomeru neskúseného mladého človeka. Čo je niekedy na škodu, lebo medzi nimi môže byť mnoho šikovných, kreatívnych, pracovitých, cieľavedomých ľudí. Žiadateľom je firma Halmi synergic s.r.o., ktorá je mikropodnikom pôsobiacim v odvetví reštauračných služieb v Košickom kraji. Ide o unikátnu multižánrovú kaviareň s kuchyňou zdravého životného stýlu, podujatiami a coworkingom, kde sa môže každý rozvíjať, rásť a vytvárať svoje lepšie ja.Potreba zamestnať nových ľudí vznikla s myšlienkou podporiť mladých kreatívnych samostnaných cieľavedomých ľudí, ktorí sa nevedia presadiť na trhu práce z dôvodu, že sú radení medzi znevýhodnených uchádzačov. Cieľovými skupinami v rámci vyhlásenej výzvy, ktorými sa žiadateľ bude venovať, sú:Uchádzač o zamestnanie – UoZ podľa podľa § 6 zákona o službách zamestnanosti;Znevýhodnený uchádzač o zamestnanie – ZUoZ – podľa § 8 zákona o službách zamestnanosti; Realizácia projektu bude prebiehať na území Košického kraja, konkrétne Košice - Staré mesto. Nových ľudí bude žiadateľ hľadať a prijímať nielen z okresu Košice, ale aj okresu Košice-okolie, nakoľko v okrese Košice je nižšia miera nezamestnanosti a menšia ponuka voľnej pracovnej sily, ako v okrese Košice-okolie. Základom projektu bude realizácia nasledujúcej hlavnej aktivity:Podpora uplatnenia UoZ a ZUoZ na trhu práce. Hlavná aktivita sa bude realizovať počas 24 mesiacov, v dvoch na seba nadväzujúcich častiach:vyhľadávanie a výber UoZ a ZUoZ;zamestnávanie UoZ a ZUoZ s možnosťou využitia mentorskej činnosti; Realizáciou tohto predkladaného projektu bude možnosť ponúknuť vysoko kvalifikované zamestnanie s možnosťou osobného rozvoja a kariérneho rastu pre UoZ a ZUoZ. Spoločnosť Halmi synergic s.r.o. plánuje zamestnať niekoľko UoZ a ZUoZ, poskytnúť im ďalšie vzdelanie a viesť ich k v ďalšom profesionálnom ale i osobnom raste.
