The present project responds to the current situation of discrimination and violence against women. The main objective of the project is thus: Provide free comprehensive legal services for all persons at risk of discrimination and violence. As part of this project, persons at risk of discrimination and violence will be provided with free comprehensive legal services through qualified legal advice, which will include, on the one hand, a legal analysis of the case, the legal options that can be applied to resolve it, the drafting of a legal filing and subsequent representation of the victim before a court, in conjunction with the possibility of crisis intervention and subsequent social counselling provided by a qualified workforce, ensuring that the victim is informed of all the alternatives available to him in the situation. All actions carried out through this project will be provided free of charge to clients who have permanent or temporary residence in the Trenčín, Trnava and Žilina regions or their submissions will be directed to the courts in the given regions. All cases started will be carried out free of charge until their final and final decisions of the court or other body.Specific objectives of the project fulfilled by its implementation will be nasledovné:Počet secured and provided comprehensive legal services to applicants addressed to participants at risk of discrimination in the number of 150.Number of employers who after the end of the project provide advice in the field of prevention and elimination of discrimination in the number of 1.In the framework of the submitted project, the prevention of discrimination and violence through the dissemination of awareness and promotion of adequate forms of assistance and protection against the given socially undesirable proceedings will be implemented in relation to the main activity of the project. Predkladaný projekt reaguje na aktuálnu situáciu v oblasti diskriminácie a násilia páchaného prevažne na ženách. Hlavným cieľom projektu tak je: Zabezpečiť bezplatné komplexné právne služby pre všetky osoby ohrozené diskrimináciou a násilím. V rámci tohto projektu budú osobám, ktoré sú ohrozené diskrimináciou a násilím poskytované bezplatné komplexné právne služby prostredníctvom kvalifikovaného právneho poradenstva, ktorého súčasťou bude jednak právna analýza daného prípadu, zákonných možností, ktoré sa môžu na jeho riešenie aplikovať, vypracovanie právneho podania a následného zastupovania obete pred súdom súvzťažne s ponúkanou možnosťou krízovej intervencie a následného poradenstva v sociálnej oblasti podanej prostredníctvom kvalifikovanej pracovnej sily, ktorá zabezpečí, aby bola obeť vyrozumená so všetkými alternatívami pomoci, ktoré sú jej v danej situácii dostupné. Všetky úkony realizované prostredníctvom tohto projektu budú poskytované bezplatne pre klientov majúcich trvalý, resp. prechodný pobyt v Trenčianskom, Trnavskom a Žilinskom kraji alebo ich podania budú smerované na súdy v daných krajoch. Všetky započaté prípady budú realizované bezplatne až po ich právoplatné a konečné rozhodnutia súdu alebo iného orgánu.Konkrétne ciele projektu naplnené jeho realizáciou budú nasledovné:Počet zabezpečených a poskytnutých komplexných právnych služieb žiadateľom adresovaných účastníkom ohrozeným diskrimináciou v počte 150.Počet zamestnávateľov, ktoré po ukončení projektu poskytujú poradenstvo v oblasti prevencie a eliminácie diskriminácie v počte 1.V rámci predkladaného projektu bude súvzťažne k hlavnej aktivite projektu realizovaná aj prevencia pred diskrimináciou a násilím prostredníctvom šírenia osvety a propagácie adekvátnych foriem pomoci a ochrany pred daným spoločensky nežiaducim konaním.
