Žiadateľom je spoločnosť Final group services, s.r.o., ktorá v rámci projektu FGS zamestná UoZ vytvorí 14 nových pracovných pozícií pre cieľovú skupinu projektu UoZ a ZUoZ.Spoločnosť Final group services, s.r.o. so sídlom v Prešovskom samosprávnom kraji, okrese Bardejov vytvorí 13 pracovných pozícií z cieľovej skupiny uchádzačov o zamestnanie (ďalej len UoZ) a 1 pracovnú pozíciu pre znevýhodnených uchádzačov o zamestnanie (ďalej len ZUoZ) tak, aby boli zabezpečené všetky potreby spoločnosti žiadateľa s cieľom podporiť zamestnanosť a zamestnateľnosť UoZ a zlepšiť ich postavenie na trhu práce za podpory mentorskej a tútorskej činnosti. Oblasť výberu UoZ je v lokalite najmenej rozvinutého okresu Bardejov.Žiadateľ pôsobí v oblasti stavebníctva - výstavby domov, hál, rekonštrukcií budov a bytov. Hlavná aktivita projektu:Podpora uplatnenia UoZ a ZUoZ na trhu práce vykonaná v dvoch častiach:Vyhľadávanie a výber UoZ a ZUoZZamestnávanie UoZ a ZUoZ s možnosťou využitia mentorskej a tútorskej činnosti Dĺžka realizácie projektu: 19 mesiacovŽiadateľ v máji 2019 vykoná Vyhľadávanie a výber UoZ a ZUoZ na plánované pracovné pozície. V priebehu 12 resp. 18 kalendárnych mesiacov a to od júna 2019 do mája 2020 resp. novembra 2020 bude zamestnávať UoZ a ZUoZ na pracovných pozíciách s cieľom zvýšiť zamestnanosť, zamestnateľnosť a znížiť nezamestnanosť s osobitným dôrazom na dlhodobo nezamestnaných, nízko kvalifikovaných, starších a zdravotne postihnuté osoby.
